The makeover

Chapter two- The fitness plan

Eventually I fell asleep and I woke up to my aunt making smoothies before we head to the gym.

" Hope get ready. We have to leave in ten minutes. There's clothes in the dresser bottom drawer for the gym. Don't worry they will fit." My aunt yelled. With that I opended it up and saw work out gear mostly shorts and t shirts which I was okay with I put them on and some gym shoes and three my hair in a high ponytail.

When I saw my aunt with two smoothies in hand and two bottles of water I knew I was going to be sore. On the way to the gym we drank our smoothies and we walked into it and saw so many beautiful people there that I became self conscious over my legs.

" Hope don't worry they aren't looking at you. they are here for the same reason look up. " My aunt said. With that a women was walking towards us.

" Hi! My name is Shelby we talked on the phone?" She said to my aunt.

" Yes this is my niece. She needs help and she also needs a diet plan. I'll let you two get started. Don't worry hope everything is fine." She told me with that she walked away and Shelby and I started on some talking she walked me through the machines she also wanted to see where I was fitness wise so she tested me.

" Good job Hope. Now let's get you off that machine and we will set foot in my area back there so we can get some measurements on you. Don't worry it will just me us." She told me. We then walked back there and she began measuring me and then she inputted some numbers on her iPad.

" Okay Hope here's some basic stuff for you to do at home in between coming here. I know you don't live here so I wanted to make sure you had some at home work outs along with gym work outs. Also, here is a diet plan for you. Your not fat nor are you skinny we just need to tone you up along with give you some core. These should help you." Shelby said.

" Can I ask you a question?" I asked her.

" Yes what's up?" She asked.

' How do you know so much about this?" I asked her.

" Well I was a joke in school and wanted to get my degree to become a dietician also I loved working out all of my life it's freeing. When I'm on a run all of my head goes blank it's just me and the roads or the track and I'm thinking about is going that extra mile." Shelby told me. With that I saw my aunt sweating and coming towards us.

" So how did she do?" She asked Shelby

" Really good actually I gave her some at home work outs along with the gym plus, I gave her. simple diet plan she can follow. plus I added some extra stuff in each meal so she won't get bored." She told my aunt.

" Thank you so much. Please tell your mom I said hi please." My aunt said.

" Of course." shelby said. With that my aunt and I walked out the door. We headed back to her house and took long showers.

After my shower I turned on my phone and noticed I had a few text messages.

To:Hope

look I'm sorry. I know you have every right not to forgive me but please text me.

To: Hope

can I tell you why I am apologizing? Please? Look I broke up with Monica.

To: Hope

this will be my last message. So I'm going to tell you okay? I'm sorry for bullying you and all the s**t I said to you. My sister Joan. The one in middle school I don't think you know her but shit.. you'll probably read about it. She killed herself today.

After I read those messages the last one hit home. So I called him

Ring ring

"Hi. thanks for calling me hope."

" Yeah no problem sorry for sis. can I ask you why?"

" To be honest it was that she got bullied every day. Her " Friends" or what I should call them her tormentors were cyber bullying her."

" Wow. I'm sorry."

" Thanks it's fine I guess not. Then I saw the messages on her phone and one of them were from Monica's brother."

" Yikes. What did that say?"

" He got her to flash him then he sent her nudes around. So a bunch of girls started calling her names and do you know what the worst thing about this all is?"

" What?"

" Monica f*****g knew what her brother was planning and didn't stop him. She just told him Better not get caught."

" Holy crap. She's f*****g evil."

" I know. anyways how's your aunt's?"

" It's good. I'm actually about to go on the beach and finish reading one of the books."

" Really already almost done? I only read like one chapter then I fell asleep "

" Yeah I got mostly done last night then I fell asleep. But I also read allot"

" I bet. anyways thanks for the phone call I won't bother you anymore."

" Actually I don't mind you texting me or calling me. Just keep in mind I'm really busy is all."

" Thanks me to. I'm going to football camp in a week.Thata going to last mostly all summer. I'll be back in town for the last two weeks."

" Okay take care "

" You to Hope. Thanks"

With that we got off the phone and I'm starting to see more of a light at the end of the tunnel.

" Hope!" My aunt called.

" Yes?" I asked.

" Get ready we have an appointment today in about half an hour." She said. With that I got ready and we left for the appointment.

When we go to the place it was my orthodontist.

" Wait a sec is today the day?" I asked my aunt.

" Yes. Well let's go inside." She said. We left her car and went inside and we sat and waited for like ten minutes. They called me back and they proceeded to take off my braces.

" Here's a retainer you'll need to wear it all day to make sure your teeth don't shift. You'll only have to wear it for the next three months." Dr Steward told me

" Thank you so much!" I squealed and when I came out of the back and flashed a smile at my aunt grinned.

" Oh my gosh Hope you look so beautiful but you always were you just had to come out of that shell." My aunt told me. With that we were back to her place. Ate some dinner. After I ate I went on the beach and sat in the sand. I just smiled at the sunset it was so beautiful. That's when I grabbed my phone.

To: Billy

Hey stranger? How are you?

To hope

not to bad. just about half way down with the book. :(

To: Billy

Wow. I'm impressed your half way done. I finished. :D

PleSe don't rub it in. ugh.
