NO! My father said as he stood up abruptly. The two of you are not mates, you are not even 18 yet. So you wouldn't know if you were even mates. I refuse to let the two of you be chosen mates if that is what you are referring to. He screamed at us with so much rage, what the hell was his problem?

Oh so it is okay for you to give Drew your blessing to mate with me but not Onyx?

Do you really think I didn't know about yours and Ajak's scheme to go along with Drew's idiotic plan over some stupid crush he has?

I already told you, I was born with my wolf. She has always known that Onyx IS my mate, and even if I wasn't. Onyx is 18. He would have at least known I am his. Don't try to gaslight us! I yelled back at him

That is enough, no one hear gets to question my decisions. Onyx and Anna will not be mates and that is final. Drew is more than willing to mate with Anna and I've given him my blessing. He has never found his mate, which is the only reason I even sent him to go around with Ryder and Ryker to find her first. He came back empty handed. So per our agreement, we've been making arrangements for Anna and Drew. My father says, angering me and everyone else in the room. You could feel the tension and all of it pointed towards my father.

My mothers eyed widened with disbelief. How could you Landon? You don't get to make those decisions for our children on your own, especially when they had no say in the matter! This will not happen.

I am the Alpha, What I say goes Lariyah. My mother then stormed out of the room.

Drew has a mate! There is no way that our beta will mate with our sister. Ryder said with disdain. We were all shocked to hear that news since he has always told everyone that he had never found his mate.

What do you mean he has a mate? Dad asked.

He's right. Drew found his mate a year ago in the Emerald Snow pack. Her name is Vivian. But he told us she rejected him because she loved an omega she was dating more. Ryker confirmed.

Why would she reject her mate for an omega? Dad asked.

Because she is an omega as well. Ryker answered.

The realization hit me. Drew had been asking me out for years. I have always told him no but then he seemed jealous everytime Onyx was around. I spent every chance I could just to be around Onyx either when he would visit our pack or we would visit theirs. Drew must have been the one to reject her and not the other way around.

Onyx was fuming. He looked as if he was trying so hard to reel in Odin. I grabbed his hand and squeezed hoping it could help him settle, but I knew that even that wouldn't be enough.

My father didn't say anything. he just picked up the phone to call someone.

Yes is he in? Great thank you.

I couldn't hear what the other person was saying and didn't know who he was calling at first then a moment later he continued to talk.

Alpha Jacobi. Yes this is Alpha Landon. Listen I have a question for you.

Do you have an omega in your pack by the name of Vivian?

Yes. Would you give me permission to speak with her about a certain matter with my son's beta?

Dad then put the phone on speaker as he waited on Vivian at the same time a knock sounded at the, in walked beta Ajak.

I have a bad feeling about all this. Angel said with concern.

Me too I replied back as I skeptically looked around the room at all the angry faces except for Ajak who was apparently in the dark.

What's with all this hostility coming from the room. I can feel it from a mile away. If this is about last night it's not that serious. come on. He then chuckled trying to make light of the situation.

Did you know Drew has a mate? Dad asked Ajak.

What? Really? I can't wait to meet her who is she? He was so excited for his son. Not knowing that he had tried to deceive everybody.

No sooner after dad saying that, a very soft and skeptical voice sounded over the phone..

Uh he hello?

Is this Vivian? Dad asked.

Yes? She sounded as of she was asking a question instead of staying that she was indeed Vivian.

Vivian this is Alpha Landon of the Silver Moon pack. I'm sure Alpha Jacobi is listening in?

I'm here Alpha Landon. What can we help you with.

I may need a favor from you Alpha Jacobi. With that being said, Vivian, it has come to my attention that you have found your mate last year?

I know that this may sound like a personal question and frankly not my business but May I ask why you rejected him?

Reject!? You could hear the shock in Jacobi's and Ajak's voice.

I could tell Alpha Jacobi had to be a great alpha. Vivian is only an omega and you could hear the concern he has for his pack member. It shows how much he cares about his pack.

I I I I didn't. Vivian stuttered. Drew had rejected me and told me that he was sorry but he was already too in love with his girlfriend Anna and that she was having his pup. I hate to say that we ended our mate bond with a night together and it has been eating me alive. I felt as if I was breaking up their little family by being with him that night so I let my mate go. She confessed sadly.

What! I shrieked. Onyx let out a deep and piercing growl that shook the whole room.

You mean Alpha Landon's daughter, Annalisia? Jacobi asked Vivian.

Yes I believe so. He said she was alpha born.

Another growl erupted from Onyx. I squeezed his hand tighter. Odin was about to win this forced shift.

Alpha Jacobi Will you please come down for a visit so we can get this settled?

Dad ended the call and no sooner then that the door to the office opened abruptly. we turned our attention to it and in the doorway was mom, Riyann and Drew.

Oh no there was just too much going on at once.

Before they could even step in the room to ask what was going on, Onyx's eyes shifted to red. fur started to sprout from his arms. He was locked in on Drew and before we knew it, He was already out of the room with his hands wrapped around Drew's throat. Dad and Ajak sprinted towards them.

Drew was going to die if someone didn't do something.

Ryder and Ryker jumped into action. The fighting had commenced all throughout the pack house with Onyx throwing punches at Drew and Drew throwing punches at Onyx. We eventually found ourselves outside in front of the packhouse and so many warriors were running our way.

I was scared, I was nervous. I didn't want anyone to die, no matter how wrong Drew was. I seen Jason and Kaden parting through the crowd. They ran to pull Onyx off of Drew as well as so many warriors and finally they had the two pulled apart.

THAT IS ENOUGH!! My father ordered with his alpha command making almost every drop from his aura that was radiating except for Onyx and my mother. My father is very strong to be able to drop 100s of us in his wake at once.

Onyx was still on a murderous rampage though and now so was Drew. Onyx and his beta and gamma are to go back to their pack immediately and I will deal with you Drew.

NOOO!! I screamed and tried to intervene and make my way towards Onyx.

Grab her my father commanded and one of his warriors did. I was fighting to get away and when Onyx saw He fought even harder. He pushed away Jason and Kaden and the 3 warriors helping to hold him back and made his way to me within seconds. He pushed off the warrior holding me and we held each other. It was as if it was us against every one. We had an audience at this point including my siblings. They hadn't left for school yet?

It is ok baby? No one will ever take you away from me. Onyx was brushing my hair with his hands and trying to console me.

No! You can't leave me Onyx.

I will never leave you. He assured me.

I told you that the two of you with not be mates my father growled and Onyx growled just as much as him if not louder. I closed my eyes, hoping this was just a bad nightmare, this couldn't be happening. Grab her my father commanded. How could he do this to me. This wasn't him, this wasn't my father, He is usually more reasonable and fair. I don't understand why he is acting this way, even after apologizing to Onyx.

No! You will not touch her! Onyx growled. but more and more warriors eventually pulled us apart from one another. I could hear my mom screaming and crying for Landon to stop. But he refused. I'm screaming, Onyx is fighting, They were holding us back from each other, It was like we were apart of some bad drama.

Get off her! You're hurting her. I heard my brother Jackson running up, Angel was getting more nervous. I could feel her powers vibrating through me. Angel no! I screamed at her but she wasn't listening. She was right. Something very bad was about to happen. This situation escalated to something it should have. Jackson pushed the warriors off me with Ryder and Rykers help. I had my eyes closed tight so I didn't release the power built up within me and then finally one more tug and Jacskson cupped my face saying it's ok sis. I got you but it was already too late. I gasped for air and opened my eyes and he squeezed my face and a bolt of lightning cracked through the sky hitting Jackson head on. His eyes widened as he was being electrocuted and Jackson fell to the ground right in front of me, stiff and dead.

I couldn't hear anything besides my own breathing. I just killed my brother! My eyes widened at the realization.

MY BABYYYY! I finally heard mom screaming and crying. I had to hurry, I don't know how much time I have left. I needed to hurry and fix this.

I hurriedly dropped to my knees, Everyone was just standing in shock at what just occurred but I couldn't pay them attention. I cupped jacksons face and with tears pouring down my eyes, I saidI'm so sorry Jackson, Don't worry, I'll fix this. my mom was now kneeling on the other side of Jackson crying with her knees to her chest and praying to the moon goddess. Dad was by his head and dropped to his knees in anguish.

I put my hands on Jacksons chest and closed my eyes trying to concentrate and will the power to bring him back before me.

I can't Anna, I'm so sorry. We used to much power already, I am so tired.

No Angel. I won't take no for an answer we can do this! We need to bring our brother back before it is too late!

Finally I could feel the power radiating.

Collective gasps sounded through the crowd. I could feel him coming back to us. I finally opened my eyes. A glow was coming out of my hands and into Jacksons body just as I had down for a deer that had been shot by a hunter before.

Anna stop! my mom shrieked. She knew all too well what wielding and using too much power could do to you all at once. She had already died and had been reborn because of it.

I didn't stop. I had to finish all of it.

Finally, Jackson took a hard breath and woke up and I was so relieved. My parents were hugging him as i kelt down trying to catch my breath, panting and gasping for air.

Anna? Onyx said with so much concern and love. I looked at him and he was on the verge of tears. I love you Onyx. He ran to me and pulled me into his warm embrace. You are going to be ok baby. He stated. I could already feel Angel going into a deep sleep but all that mattered was everyone was alive, including us.

Yea, I am just tired.

I love you Anna," and then I passed out in his arms.
