I yawn as I smile and roll over hugging Jesse's pillow. We had made love twice last night. Nearly three times. Wow was Jesse a great lover.
I get the tingles inside thinking of him in my arms. I can't help but smile. I sigh as I notice he was not in bed with me. I wondered where he went.
Suddenly he comes in the room, with a tray of breakfast foods and drinks. He had a beautiful smile on his face as he closes the door with his foot when he enters the bedroom.
He looked so happy as his eyes sparkled. I believed that he was happier with me then with Becky. But I wanted to think that anyway.

"Good morning my love" Jesse sweetly greets me.
He sets the tray on my lap as I sit up. He climbs in bed beside me. He pours me a cup of tea. He knows I do not like coffee.
"Morning Jess" I say. "this is so sweet of you!"
He nods then smiles. "I promised you breakfast in bed remember dear?"
"Oh, I was kidding" I giggle.
"I was not. I always keep my promises" he reminds me. He kisses me.
"Jess last night was amazing" I whisper after the kiss.
"Yes, it was amazing. I am glad we finally got together. I am so glad we did. It is clear we were meant to be together" he tells me. Happy tears come to me.
"You really mean that Jesse?" I ask softly. He kisses me on the lips.
"I really mean that. You are my soul mate" he answers me. Happy tears fall. "Baby don't cry. We are together"
"I know. This was all I ever wanted. For so long" I sniff back tears. "I felt like I will wake up and this will all be a dream"
"It is not a dream. It is real" he reminds me. "This love between us is real"
"Yes, it is" I answer in agreement.

He feeds me a bite of toast with melted butter and marmalade jelly on it. Yum. He made me bacon and scrambled eggs as well. There were sliced apples and oranges to. He really went all out. I felt dotted on. For once in my life.
All his attention was on me. I loved it. I knew he was this kind of man. Caring. Loving. That was why I chased him for so long. Because I did not want to let this man go. I am glad I did not give up easily.
"What is on your mind?" he wants to know as we eat.
I sigh. "I was thinking of how long I chased after you. I am glad I did not give you up easily. I knew you were worth fighting for" I tell him.
He grins. "You were the only one to fight for me. Becky never fought for me. I knew then you were the one. You cared. I should have let Becky go along time ago" he sighs. I nod. "When I saw you with Mark, I thought you gave up on me. It broke me inside to think I lost you. It hurt more to think I lost you then Becky. And then I knew to who I really wanted. I knew it was you. When that came to me, I was upset that I lost you. But you came back. You stayed. I am so glad for this second chance" he says to me.
I beam a happy smile. "Jess I am happy to. We both deserve this second chance" I tell him.
He nods. "What do you want to do today? I am off work" he says.
"I have work later this afternoon" I sigh.
"Oh, well what time do you get off work?" he asks me.
"Around eight pm" I tell him.
"Can you meet over here after work? I really want to see you today" he begs me.
"I can do that" I agree with a nod.
"Spend the night again?" he asks softly.
I grin. "Sure, why not?"
"Great" he answers me.
He looks pleased. After I am done eating, I get dressed. I brush my teeth in the bathroom once Joey is out of there. And fix my hair up. I meet Jess back in his room before I swing back by my place and then head to work for the day.

Jesse pulls me in his arms. "I had the best night" he tells me as he looks at me.
"I wish I did not have to go to work today" I groan.
He kisses me as I wrap my arms around him.
"Same" he chuckles.
"I have something to look forward to though. Getting to see you" I say.
"Yes, you can have dinner with us all" he says.
"I would love to. Danny won't mind?" I ask him.
He shakes his head no. "No, he likes it when you are over"
"I love it to. I love you Jess most of all" I say softly.
"I love you Skyler with all my heart" he vows. "Thank you for never giving up on me sweetheart"
"Oh Jess, I love you" I sniff back happy tears. He kisses me.
I notice something once the kiss was over. The photo of Becky was gone from his room. All little things that used to be from her were all gone. Maybe I should get him some kind of gift from me to keep in his room to remind him of me. That was a great idea.
"What?" he asks me.
"I noticed you got rid of the photos of Becky" I say.
"Yes, once we got together, I had removed them for good. We need a photo of us" he tells me.
"I would love that" I agree.
"Maybe DJ can take some photos of us by the beach one afternoon" he says.
"Think so? I would love that" I giggle.
He kisses me. "I will ask her" he promises me.
"We have so much to look forward to" I tell him.
"We sure do. Can I ask you something?" he wonders.
"Ask away" I answer.
"Well, do you have any recent photos of yourself I could have for my room?" he asks. "I would love to keep one of you"
"Sure babe" I answer.
"Jess! Skyler! You guys were in the local paper from last night!" Joey calls out. He enters the room carrying the paper.
He hands us the paper. Sure, enough there was Jesse playing in the band and there I was in the front row watching Jesse play in the band. He was singing to me. Our first real photo together. Jesse got a great review to.
"I have to get another one of this! This is our first photo together!" Jess laughs. "I will frame this"
"Oh Jess" I giggle.
"I love it" Joey answers.
"Thanks. It is neat" I agree.
"What is going on?" Danny asks as he stops by the bedroom.
"Jesse and Skyler were in the local paper. Jesse got a great review at the Smash Club" says Joey.
"Wow congrats Jess" Danny says.
"Thanks Dan man" Jesse tells him with a grin. "Oh, I invited Skyler over for dinner is that alright?" asks Jesse.
"Perfectly fine. I invited Vicki over" Danny answers.
"Great I am the only one without the date" groans Joey.
"Maybe I can help with that" I answer. "my friend Jenelle is single"
"Really? Hot Jenelle?" he asks me.
I nod. "I can ask her to come to dinner with me" I offer.
"Oh, sure if you want" Joey answers as he blushes.
"Sure" I say. "I am working today. I will ask"
"You are so wonderful" Jesse brags on me. "have a good day at work today" he tells me.
"Thanks, I will because I get to see you after" I tease.
He kisses me. I melt in his embrace. I never had been so happy before. I hoped we stayed this happy for the rest of my life.
