KARIELLE
We arrive to the castle in no time, a guard greeting us at the door before granting us entry. I'm guessing Moira and Sebastian had informed them beforehand, or else we wouldn't have had a smooth transition with no questions asked. A maid comes to greet us once we're in the door, guiding us to the salon within the King and Queen's chambers, located within their corridor but outside of their room. "Hello darling, I'm so glad you've returned!" Moira addresses me excitedly before coming over to hug me tightly. She slowly pulls back with her hands still gripping each of my arms, just to stare at me in wonder. That's kind of awkward Akara chuckles to me, and I mentally swat her. "That's not nice, Akara, she is our mother you know." I shoot back, and she goes back to being silent, curled up sleeping in her corner of my mind. "I just can't believe you're in front of me!" Moira says as she wipes her tears. "It's been such a long time of wondering if we would ever see you again. I don't know how I survived with no leads or anything pertaining to your whereabouts. You need to tell me all about it! I also have some things I need to discuss with you." She says, her tone turning from sad but excited to serious in a split second. "Well I do want to know where I come from." I tell her. "But I'm not sure if the details are important anymore, as we now have a lot to look forward to." I say with a sigh, not knowing what we're to expect in the near future. "Don't you worry about all of that right now, my beautiful daughter." she reassures me. Sebastian, standing in the corner of the room a little behind Moira, was patiently watching and waiting. He decides to come over and offer a hug of his own, and I indulge as i've never had a father figure that cared about me. Maybe it's time that changes, and we can see where this goes. "Thank you, thank you for coming back to us. You may not realize it, but we have tried so hard to bring you back into our lives, the people hiding you however made that almost impossible. I say almost, well, because you're not a mirage standing here in front of us. I'll be thanking our goddess moon tonight for the greatest gift she has bestowed upon us." He spurts out, wiping the tears about to fall from his eyes. Daddy's little girl has a nice ring to it Akara interrupts my thoughts, and I smile at the thought. How nice it would be to have a man in my corner that's actually a father, caring about my wellbeing and not what I can do for him. "Speaking of our goddess moon, Moira, what was that about earlier? Care to explain to Karielle?" Daxton questions, and I look to him with my lips in a straight line, knowing I could now speak for myself. I say nothing though, and move to the maroon loveseat sitting against the wall, Moira following and sitting down beside me. She grabs my hand a rubs small soft circles, comforting me in a way. "It all started the day you were born, Karielle. Your father and I were so excited to welcome you and announce you into our lives as our heir apparent. That did not work out how it should have, since the Goddess decided to bring me a nightmare on my very first sleep since I gave birth to you. I woke up somewhere different, before she appeared into my surroundings that were already unfamiliar. That was the first time I was graced with her presence, and I was devastated at her reasoning. She had told me that she gave birth to a babygirl, but that precious little one would not be able to survive within the moon's space, especially with no one but Celenara there to guide her. She said she had placed her daughters soul into the baby in my belly the day I went into labor. However, not only did she not talk to me about this beforehand, I was very upset about it. I didn't know how to turn down our goddess, for she was our creator and biggest blessing for giving us life here in the realm. She told me that you, my daughter, were very special and that you would be a mixed breed. Strong and courageous in your own right, she needed someone like you to bestow her own childs givings into the world. She knew that mixing you and her daughter's spirit would be a blessing or a curse one day, but that it needed to happen to save all of our kind. Fearing for everyone's safety, I dealt with it and let it go. I was getting over her ordeal until she revealed that I could not raise you until after you were 5 years old. She suddenly threw me into this nightmare, and when I woke up I was sweating profusely, terrified of it coming to life. She showed me all of our deaths but yours, dear daughter, and I could not allow that to happen as you would be all alone in the world for years and years to come. I couldn't handle that, or you finding out that because of the people who were after you, we met our early demise. When I came out of the nightmare, she gave me two choices. Either I give you up and act like we had lost you in the hospital, or we all die and you get used and raised in a manner to destroy our entire species. I went with the former out of love for you and our family and fellow werewolves, they didn't deserve to die to due to someone else's misfortunes in life, especially over power. So, your father and I had made the announcement that we had a stillborn. We kept you hidden for a week, knowing we had our plan in motion. I talked to your aunt Milandra the night after your birth, her and Elliott deciding to take on the task of pretending they had adopted a child, and raised you from a baby, while we acted as if we were only your aunt and uncle until the night. Un-..." She tried to go on, but couldn't get past the dreaded feeling in her stomach, tears streaming continuously down her tanned rosy tinted cheeks. She gathers herself, before continuing. "Until the day you were kidnapped." She states, the hurt and anger emanating off of her in waves. I suddenly find myself back in that now familiar darkness, a scene once again unfolding in front of me. "The party" I think to myself, remembering this dream vividly. Except now, I start to see a face of a woman passed out on the ground, a young girl resembling myself crying histerically, calling the woman I now know as Milandra mommy, and pleading for her to wake up. A woman that I can't clearly make out, walks over to grab me up in her arms, running off with me. She brings me to a room inside the big castle, and tells me to stay put and not to move before she runs off elsewhere, telling me she will be right back. I look to the door of this room, thinking the woman who brought me here had returned. That was not the case, as a bright redheaded woman came barging into the room. "Her eyes" I remember how distinct her greenish blue eyes were that day, and could see the evil lurking within. She grabbed a hold of me, placing her hand over my mouth tightly so I couldn't mutter a word. Throwing me over her shoulder, my head leaning almost against hers, she still had one hand on my mouth while darting out of there quickly. She took me outside of the castle, not within anyone's view. I silently prayed that someone would help me, as this person was not familiar and I immediately knew something was wrong. Even being so young, I was starting to learn etiquette and had daily training sessions, being the heir of the werewolf kingdom and all. "Are you gonna take me to my mommy?" the little girl asked when the woman's hand finally leaves her mouth, no one else in sight. "No, you little spiled brat. You're going somewhere that you won't be so useless." She snarks, and I feel myself become overwhelmingly scared. That's traumatising at an age so delicate, and I know this is where my problems started. I was that little girl, and things are starting to come back to me clearly. I watch as the woman arrives in front of a small stone abode, taking me inside and dropping me to the floor. There was another woman in the room, dark blonde hair with grey roots, a devious smile on her lips. I listen to their conversation just as well as young Karielle was, and I heard them talking about powers. Young Karielle heard the same thing, however it has a different meaning now than it did then. She was just a child, not knowing the true definition of an evil presence lurking within the world. I hear the older woman address the younger woman as Jenny, and I knew I had to remember this one small detail. Young Karielle gets a wild hair on her head, and goes after the older woman's arm, biting as hard as she could. The next thing I knew, I heard a loud hard slap before I sunk back into darkness, slowly opening my eyes to the woman hovering above me "She's awake!" Moira yells to Sebastian and Daxton behind her, before they both come rushing over, kneeling down to check on my condition. "I had a vision. My kidnapping, Who is Jenny?!" I see Moira look to Sebastian, an irreconcilable look on her face. "She's a dead woman walking."
