'What happened Clare? we were so worried about you' screaming Lily immediately I got back

'We had a lot of customers today so we closed late'

'Okay, thank goodness you're back'

'Come have you dinner dear' said aunt Helen

'Thank you so much aunty'

I can't stop thinking about the incident that occurred today. Everything just seems so strange. Who was following me and who was that guy that saved me. If only he didn't take off immediately, I could have thanked him. Was I just imagining someone following me or was someone actually there. I'm lost in a trance as Lily flicks her fingers to bring me back to reality.

'What's wrong Clare' asked Lily with a worried expression on her face

'It's nothing much Lily, I was just thinking about my work. My day was really hectic'

'Are you sure that's all?'

'Yeah. So...how was your day?

'Well, it wasn't bad. I had a lot of classes but later met up with some friends at a restaurant'

'That sounds fun'

'Yeah, it was fun. Are you sure everything's alright Clare? Feel free to share your thoughts with me'

'Well it's just that I felt like someone was following me today. It was more of a gut feeling though'

'Did you turn to check if someone was actually there'

'Yes, I did but I didn't see anyone'

'You might be hallucinating because of stress but remember to call me when such happens again just in case you're actually being followed'

'Okay'

'I will leave you to rest. Good night'
