ASHER POV

"How long has he been like that?" I heard Casian yawn, the smell off coffee spreading throughout the room.

"I don't know, a few hour's I guess." He sounded so warn out.

"Here take this and go shower and sleep, I'll send for you when he's back." Law didn't ask, knowing Casian to well.

"Yeah, thanks. I want to get out of this." The door closed leaving the room I n silence again. Cas hadn't left my side since the funeral, it had taken something out of both of us.

I went to the elders for guidance, hoping they'd have some knowledge or plan I hadn't already thought of. Even they said they needed more time to process what I'd told them.

"So what did they say?" I sighed opening my eye's to see Law knelt in front of me.

"They said they need time."

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?!" Law stood his facing turning into a rage of fury. "They are Alphas! They have seen and fought in every war of our tribe and now all of a sudden they need 'time to think? The f**k is that?"

I rolled my eye's standing up to move closer, I snatch his coffee, the warmth and smell taking over all my senses.

"Thank you for the coffee. And no they can do whatever they want, they died protecting the pack. They earned the right to say 'not right now"

"You've got to be f*****g kidding me right?! Do you just not care about the kid's? About O-"

"DON'T YOU DARE QUESTION MY LOYALTY! I MAY LET YOU SPEAK FREELY, BUT YOU BETTER START REMEMBERING WHO THE ALPHA IS HERE!" Law flinched, quickly composing himself he smirked at me.

"You going to pull the loyalty card on me? Tell me, does Omega even know you already knew about the kid's? That you found her when she'd just had them?!" Law looked disgusted. "I knew it! Asher stop acting like you are the victim in this when we both know you had a chance! She may of walked away, but at least Omega didn't have a choice. You freely walked away from them!"

"STOP!" I couldn't hear any more. "I KNOW, OKAY!" My voice broke. "But how do I tell her after all of this that I walked away?"

"Listen boy I never taught you right, yeah love hurts. I shouldn't never of let you think that having it was somehow easy and a birth right, you have to fight for it! Because it's your biggest super power in the world, too love with everything you have, is more important than being an Alpha. That's where I messed up, I should of told you that a long time ago. You can't keep running forever."

"You can't even fix yourself, how are you going to fix me?"

"I'll fix you, if it takes me till my last breath! That wolf inside you. His another story."

I thought he was under control, apparently I hadn't been paying closer enough attention. I was trying to get her back, trying to be a better man. Why was he fighting me on this now? After everything we'd been through, I would of thought he'd be on my team.

Yeah well, you thought wrong. I always thought we couldn't be Alpha unless we had her, but turns out we can do it without her.

Are you saying that because you think she hurt you? He laughed at me.

I wouldn't be done with her, if you didn't want to give all of this up for her. Who does she think she is taking all of this away from us?!

She is Omega, and is the love of my life! If you don't wont her any more that's on you! Because you are right! I'll give up anything and everything for one more chance! Even if that means ending us both so you never hurt her! Don't EVER cross me, or I swear the end will be so fast you won't even howl before we die!

"Asher?!" Law was staring at me, worry across his face.

"Just figuring out who's on my team or against."

"His fighting you?" Law was confused.

"No, he forgot who's in control. He knows now!"

"Should I be worried?"

"No." I answered a little to fast.

"You should be hungry though! Let's get out of here, I need to shower and get ready for whatevers instore today."

"Look the fact is, you can't keep expecting her to stay and pushing her away in the same moment. You can't have both, you and that wolf need to figure that s**t out."

Law shock his head as if clearing his mind.

"Okay, but first before I forget, the reason I was looking for you. I have some news you might find interesting!" He scrunched his nose. "Oh hell no, go shower first you smell horrible!" I laughed and walked for the door leaving him to his thought's.

I ticked off everything that needed to be done as I made my way back to my room. I walked straight into what felt like a brick wall.

"Oh! s**t!"  My hear skipped a beat.

"Luca? What are you doing here man?" Okay what in the f**k? Did everyone have to know.

"f**k! Nice to see you two man! You know just here offering my service's to help the cause 'daddy'." The way he said the last part made me burst out into laughter.

"So, who spilled the bean's?"

"Well, you apperantly. Two of them if I heard right!" Luca smiled. "Nah, I got you man! Law called."

 So are you sticking around for a bit?" 

"Yeah something like that, see how the other side lives for a while." He winked.

"Bro, you need a serious shower though!" I laughed.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm going! Law's in my spare office just over there." I pointed and left him,  running up stairs to my room, what did Law know?!
