Mally's POV:
I have been at my wit's end since the night of the attack. Jonas was nowhere to be found, while Alpha Matthias was actively ignoring Kelita. Right now, they might as well be strangers who have their names on the same sheet of paper.
After poring over so many papers, there was nothing useful that could be used to keep Kelita where she had found herself.
If Leeyah returns, then Alpha Matthias and Kelita will be expected to vacate their positions immediately because Kelita wasn't the daughter of the Alpha.

The door to my bedroom opened, and Jonas stepped in, smelling of booze and women. To his credit, he wasn't drunk.
“Where have you been?" I asked him in a calm voice. I had to remind myself that Leeyah was the reason for my current predicament and not Jonas.
