After Charlie finished speaking, he immediately walked toward the crash site. Amanda and Helen, not wanting to be left behind, quickly grabbed their backpacks and followed closely. Despite keeping up, they both thought that Charlie was a selfish man.
The forest in the morning looked serene and vibrant, making everyone feel as if they were in paradise. It was a stark contrast to the terrifying atmosphere of the previous night.
However, anyone who assumed the dense forest was safe during the day would be proven terribly wrong. Predators didn't care whether it was day or night. They never missed an opportunity to hunt.
