Chapter 21: Night Assassin

After accepting their new support player. Kaede her party engages in a boss battle. Battling a boss-type dinosaur monster. Everyone did their best.
“Sheild protection, Speed booster, Damage multiplier!”
Chanting three skills consecutively. Clover is doing her best to prove her worth to Yuki. Yuki at that time started to see further potential for them by having her at their party.
Kaede and Yuki charge toward the dinosaur head-on and sly it with their strength. The points were added to them. Thay is battling monster while they're in the way.
After battling for a long day. Kaede’s party manage to accumulate 5,400 points. It’s still nothing to compare to the top player whose points was in 21,230 points. Amber is not just a top player for the show.
The night strikes and they feeling tired. Their SP was low and they need to have rest. The team started to look for a perfect place to rest and they found a small cave. It's hard to notice because of the tall grass.
Kaede, Yuki, and Clover walked inside and light up a candle for light.
“We’re not making a campfire.”
Kaede said.
“That’s dangerous, making campfire here will drag monsters and players. The smoke coming out from the camp can be traced. We can’t let ourselves be discovered.”
“Then, I’ll be guarding both of you. I’ll stay awake for the rest of the night.”
Clover suggested.
“Well, I have another plan in mind. Kaede will be the one sleep[ing first for 4 hours and then Clover guards her. While both of you are here I’ll be going out to defeat some monsters. Monsters in the night were stronger. It's definitely high-leveled monsters.”
“Being alone is dangerous. Also, your SP is low."
“Don’t worry if I die. Only my points will be taken away and you can still revive me. I know it's risky, but I wanted to try it out. Because I wanted to win in this event. About my SP, I already got plenty of rest. A player with high AGI gains SP faster than other players.
Yuki is a competitive type of person. And she definitely hates losing. In the name of winning she is ready to do anything.
Seeing her eyes full of determination. Kaede and Clover nodded at each other and supported her.
“If you got in trouble you can message me to inform us.”
“Sheild protection, speed boost, damage multiplier, MP conservation, cooldown reduction.”
Clover cast support skill on Yuki. With a stack of five support skills on her, Yuki feels invincible.
“Thank you, Clover.”
“Take good care.”
Yuki nodded and turned her back from her teammates. She runs away at a high velocity just like a gust of wind. She heads in random directions in the forest area.
First, I need to target a weak party with a huge number of members. With my current support boost. I must take advantage of this state before it wore off.
Heading south she stumbles upon a group of players wearing knight armor. All of their equipment was looking the same. They are marching and searching for monsters in the forest area.
Lurking in shadows. Yuki moves hastily and attacks the knight one by one. Cutting their body parts and heads. Yuki gathers the points they accumulated.
“What?! What's happening?!”
“An intruder! And the enemy is on our surrounding everyone put your hed... Urg!”
Before the leading captain ended his sentence his head was decapitated and his body was ripped off into two with Yuki’s dagger.
“Sorry but I’m going to farm your accumulated points.”
Yuki said with the captain's head in her hands. Yuki has a very confident smirk on her face like she was the villainess of some kind of comic.
The knights got furious and charge on.
“Captain was?”
“Attack her!”
“Kill her! Everyone charge!”
The group of knights runs with their swords to Yuki. Yuki jumps and walked by stepping on the knight's face. With her agile movement, she cut their head-off instantly killing them.
With mastery of different skills and elemental skills. She can do almost anything and escape almost anything.
That night the moons turned red. Countless scream was heard.
In the end, Yuki was able to defeat all of the knights and farm their points as she planned. The boost wore off and it makes Yuki feels a bit bad.
“Seems like I’ve put too much time with this people. But it's nice that I got to farm 2,000 points. The gap between us and the number one is still too far. I still have to do my best.”
Yuki drinks MP and HP potion and started searching for her other prey.
At that moment, she didn’t care if its a monster or a player. Weak or strong she slays it without thinking too much. She focused herself on killing and farming points.

Kaede’s party after 3 hours of farming rose to 7,300 just with Yuki's effort.
Yuki is quite tired and she needs some time to rest. While she is seating on the top branch to replenished her SP. Yuki detected a player presence.
“I single player? Still, I can’t let my guard down. Single-player roaming in the night means she's someone capable of surviving in such a harsh environment.”
The presence suddenly disappeared and with a wave of wind. A player appeared behind Yuki. Using a katana sword. She attacks Yuki.
Yuki dodges her sword, resulting in the branch of the tree being cut down. Yuki falls to the ground and made her distance from the one who attacking her.
“Such splendid speed. Your agility must be the highest in your status.”
Revealing herself a woman with a katana sword on her hand appeared. She is wearing traditional Japanese clothes and her hair was tied in one ribbon.
“... My name is Misaki. I heard there is a player that kills the dragon knight troupe. It's a group of knights with the same gray armor. These are my initial target because I know I can kill them all, but I was surprised that someone already kills them.”
“I understand that feeling. I also hate when someone stole my prey… But it’s not my fault that you too slow. It is first come first serve.”
“Slow? I find those words quite painful. Anyway, I just have to talk with my sword and take back what's suppose to be mine.”
Misaki appeared in front of Yuki once again. Yuki recognized the skill and dodge. She then exchanges blades with Misaki’s sword.
“That skill its extreme speed… It's a rare skill and only a few people have it.”
Misaki then gets shuriken and throws it to Yuki. Yuki deflected the shuriken with er daggers.
“Extreme speed!”
“Extreme speed!”
Thye both used extreme speed and move at high speed. Their movement can’t be seen in naked eyes. Each of their attacks started to cause damage in their surrounding area.
But they don’t care about that. In this battle, both players are in high spirits and enjoying the battle to their heart content.
“Cross blade!”
“Dance of cherry blossom!”
The blade collides making powerful waves of force. A heavy wind was created from their blade. After that they both step distance from each other.
“I’m glad that I’m able to meet such a player in this game.”
“Same here, but I’ll put end to this battle. My next move will be my last.”
Yui said.
“You’re quite cocky. I’ll make you eat your words and defeat you here.”
Misaki rapidly runs to Yuki and swings her sword. Then at that moment, her sword goes through to Yuki’s body like she was slicing an air.
Misaki finds it weird and looks around her. Multiple copies of Yuki were surrounding her.
“What is this? I never heard of such skill before… I can't move... I’m paralyzed.”
Yuki used her Illusion skill to create her multiple illusions and then use her lightning skill to paralyzed Misaki.
With Misaki unable to move. Victory is within Yuki’s hands.
Behind Mikari. Yuki’s daggers pierced through Misaki’s back. She then pulls her blade and casts her skill.
“Cross blade!”
Misaki’s body was cut and a cross mark was made. Her body disappeared into light particles and her points were added to the team.
Kaede's team's current points were 9,520 points. Yuki was very happy and decided to go back to the cave.

But at that time, some group of high leveled adventurers discovered the cave.
