Chapter Eighty-Five:
KNOCK; KNOCK!
I jump awake and blink around me. I am still in the office on the bus. “Yeah come in!” I call patting my hair down trying to hide my sleepy eyes.
“Is everything okay Rebecca? We are almost at the school and your food is down here getting cold.”
I blink at Amy for a few minutes before registering her face. “Oh uhm yeah sorry.” I mumble, feeling embarrassed and stand.
“It’s okay, happens to the best of us.” She says and winks at me before leaving and I start to wonder if I had only dreamed the plans that her and Justina were coming up with.
I walk out of the office and close the door then walk down the stairs blinking rapidly trying to push the sleep from my eyes.
