Chapter Eighty-Six:
I swoop and pick Tasha up in my arms and click the blue tooth twice the danger warning to Rodger and carrying Tasha in my arms I bolted out of the Chapel only to find I am surrounded. I make it to the bottom of the steps but I have nowhere I can go and carrying Tasha limits the things I can do.
“Give up my dearest child!” Snarls a voice soft and low from under the hood of the cloaked figure in front of me he was surrounded by other figures in black hooded robes.
I notice angrily that it is past curfew now so nobody is out and about to see me become captive to these animals who outnumber me five on one. That’s when it sunk in. I have the power to stop this and protect everyone I love including all the children in the school. I move Tasha so she is over my shoulder.
