2 Days Before

Daniel P.O.V

As I drove to my parent's house full speed. I was thinking about what I am going to do with this situation. Maddie seems okay with announcing the engagement on her birthday, but...I don't know how to break the news to my family nor the Michelson.

When I got to my parent's house, I went straight to my dad's study. When I opened the door, he was just finishing up a video call from our associates from Oregon.

"Hi, son. What bring you home?"

"Hi, Dad," I said in a low voice.

"What did you do this time."

"Uhh... I don't know how to tell you..."

"Just tell me "

"I am kinda married to Melina, and she is pregnant with my child."

"What," my dad said shock.

"How can I solve this "

"Do you know that you are compromising the deal with the Michelson."

"I do... but .."

"Don't but me. We are going to call the Michelson right now."

"Heres the thing dad Maddie and I are announcing the engagement on her birthday dinner this Friday. I was wondering if we can wait to tell her.. I want to tell her."

"It depends if your drunk as didn't kill the contract."

I was about to talk to him back, but I decided to keep my mouth shut because I already know he is mad. I just hope that we won't have to cancel everything because of my drunk ass. I really want to be with Maddie. I loved her since the first time we met at the mall. I was way into my thought that I didn't notice that my dad already has the Michelson on speaker...

"Hernandez. Do what do I owe for this call?"

"We have a problem "

"What do you mean, a problem?"

"My son got a woman pregnant three months ago, and he just found out about it."

"He what now... You know, this compromise everything."

"I do..but ..."

"I will have to discuss with my sibling... But might as well forget about the contract."

"But we have to wait for this a long time it goes back generations."

"We will give a call. GoodBye"

Oh f**k. I am so screw

"Leave right now "

I just left his office because he is a ticking bomb right now any minute he is going to explode.

Michelson Brother P.O.V

"What the hell are we going to do about Elijah? We have to tell her."

"Let just wait until Nick comes back from Chicago, and we will discuss to see what we are going to do."

"This just makes things more complicated."

"I know Cole. But she can't know."

"Elijah, you have to understand that we can not go through with this after what his dad told us over the phone."

"Stop, Cole. there is a chance we might go through this"

"What are you guys arguing so loud I could hear all the way to the driveway."

"Nothing M. What bring you here," said Cole

"Can your guy's little sister come and see my family."

"Well after the meeting we had you went all A-wall on us," said Elijah 

"Well, that doesn't matter. So do you want to tell me why are you arguing about? Oh, and by the way, Daniel and I are announcing the engagement on Friday during my birthday dinner."

"We were arguing about...."

"Shut up, Cole," Elijah said in a stern voice.

"Never mind," 

"So what does my baby sister want for her birthday."

"You know what I want, Elijah."

"Its that so.."

"I want our parents to actually come home for my birthday... I miss them...Why do they always have to be traveling the world?"

"I miss them to baby girl," we both said 

"So, where is Nick?"

"He went to Chicago for a meeting."

"oh, okay then. I think I am going to crash here tonight it's that fine"

"No worries, baby girl, good night."

"Night love you both," she said as she hugs Cole and me.

As Maddie left, Cole and I went back to the conversation before.

"She can't know about this, Cole."

"We have to tell her sooner or later."

"We are, but after the wedding."

"What if she finds out "

"She won't," said Elijah

"Fine, I won't tell."

"Its settle then." 

Maddie P.O.V

I thought that my brother would have a different reaction toward the date of my engagement. I thought they would tell me to plan it on a different day instead of announcing it at my birthday party/dinner. Honestly still have a few errands to run before Friday, but it something I can handle.

I am debating if I should invite Jake to the party. It's not that I want to talk to him or be friends again. But I am scared that I might open old scars. I want to have my best friend back, but I'm not ready to forgive him yet, or am I ready.

I made up my mind, and I am going to invite him to the party. At least it would give us a chance to talk and figure out things. So then tomorrow morning I am going to the restaurant and give him the invitation. Right now, I just need some beauty sleep.

Melina P.O.V

I can't believe that he fell for it. Some old classic b***h. Think that this baby is his on the contrary. He should know that every time we had s*x, we use protection. He is so stupid. Only if he knew the baby father is Max. I have to find a way to get revenge on Maddie for telling her brother to kill Max. She would go through the same pain as I did leave my poor child without a father.

The first part of the plan is done. Know I need to figure out a way to get close to Maddie and destroyed her. I need her to figure out that I am "married" to Daniel. 

I will get my revenge, and I will destroy her. I promise. I will do anything to make her pay for what she did to your father, baby girl.
