Surprise Part II

Daniel POV

Did they know each other?How?What? I am really lost here. Melina never mentions that she knows Maddie. Why would she keep to her self all this time? What the f**k am I going to do? I should have never ask Melina in the first place to go with me to Vegas, nor should have we gotten so drunk that we ended married the next day. Why do I have to be so stupid? I was so lost in my thought, that I didn't know when Melina until Maddie keeps on calling my name.

"Hey, its everything all right ?" she asked.

"Um yeah...actually no. How do you know Melina?

"Melina and I go way back since we were in diapers."

"What do you mean?"

"My parents are a close friend of Mel's parents. We use to be close up to we got to middle school. I guess that she was jealous that Max asks me out instead of her. So she decides to cut our friendship."

"OH," I said shock 

"I guess I will see you the Friday for the engagement party."

"Yeah," I said following to her car

She was about to go into her car when I got the guts to kiss. I guess I took her with a surprise since, at first, she wasn't going into the kiss. When she finally relaxed, she kisses me back. The kiss was so passionate that I never felt anything like with anyone, not even with Melina. It getting heat up that I decided to step back when she wimp.

"I will see you tomorrow night, princess."

"I will see you sooner."

"What do you mean sooner?"

"I will see you in my dreams."

She gave me a small peck and got in her car and left.

"I see that you are head over heels for Maddie ."

"I am warning you one last time... I DON'T WANT YOU TALKING TO MADDIE."

"I won't if you let her go," she said, walking away from me and disappearing into the crowd.

What am I going to do? I don't want t break her heart. I need to tell my father.

Maddie P.O.V

What the hell! Why invite someone to eat if they don't feel like going. Uhhh, why does my life have to be complicated? I thought he might of forget the engagement. But noooo. The worst part of my day is that I ran into Melina. That fuking w***e son of a b***h.

If you are wondering why I despise Melina, is that...

She was the reason that I broke up with Max. That w***e was my "best friend," but it turns out she was a w***e. You know she also tries to get at my brother when she would come over. What a gold digger. She has always been jealous of what I have, but it's not my fault that my family is milliners and not hers.

I wonder if she knows that I am getting married to Daniel? Hold up...How does Daniel know Melina? Are they dating or something? Why do I feel jealous?

I was really lost in my thought that I didn't realize I was at my parent's house.

"We have to tell her."

"No, she doesn't."

"Elijah, you have to understand that we can not go through with this after what his dad told us over the phone."

"Stop, Cole. We are going through this"

"Hey, why are you arguing so loud I could hear all the way to the driveway."

"Nothing M. What bring you here," said Cole

"Can your guy's little sister come and see my family."

"Well after the meeting we had you went all A-wall on us," said Elijah 

"Well, that doesn't matter. So do you want to tell me why are you arguing about? Oh, and by the way, Daniel and I are announcing the engagement on Friday during my birthday dinner."

"We were arguing about...."

"Shut up, Cole," Elijah said in a stern voice.

"Never mind," said Cole

"So what does my baby sister want for her birthday."

"You know what I want, Elijah."

"Its that so.."

"I want our parents to actually come home for my birthday... I miss them...Why do they always have to be traveling the world?"

"I miss them to baby girl," my brother said in union.

"So, where is Nick?"

"He went to Chicago for a meeting."

"oh ok then. I think I am going to crash here tonight it's that fine"

"No worries, baby girl, good night."

"Night love you both," I said as I went to hug them and kiss them on the cheek.

"She can't know about this Cole."

"We have to tell her sooner or later"

"We are but after the wedding"

"What if she finds out "

"She won't" said Elijah

"Fine I won't tell"
