The next morning, the pain around my left leg, subsidized I could walk around the house, but the only thing was that I did not know the area so well. So Karla, Mr. Gerald's daughter decided to make me visit the area. The next problem I faced was that I had no clothes, everything got burnt on the plane. My problem was soon solved as Karla offered me a pink shirt and a short white skirt. They were so good for me as we had the same height and body.
We threw ourselves out of the house and began visiting the area. Gerald had warned Karla not to leave the house on several occasions but she did not listen to him, she always did what she wanted. Unfortunately, before we could reach our destination, we got caught in the middle of the forest by some drug dealers. They were not only into drug dealing, they were equally into human trafficking.
When they approached us, Karla marked one as she called out his name. I forgot about it. I only remembered when she called it out for the second time. "Derrick" she said as she cried for help. From what I understood, the man was an enemy to Gerald and vowed to hurt him. Now that he found Karla, for sure he had succeeded in placing his hands on his gold.
The so-called Derrick asked us to get on our knees. We did that as fast as we could. We did not want him to get upset. While on my knees, he kept observing my legs, they were all glittering, he smiled at me and cleared his throat.
"What are you doing here, you beautiful lady? I don't know you, I must admit you are a darling." Derrick said while approaching me.
For sure, he seemed to know everyone in the area, he just set eyes on me and knew I wasn't familiar with the place. I was afraid when I saw him approaching me. When he stood in front of me, he opened his disgusting mouth and gave me a peck. Next, he asked me to sit on his lap.
I had no other choice than to sit on his lap, and he started touching me romantically, but I could not stop him because he had a gun in his hands. He could pull it at any given moment, given that he was very cold-blooded.
"Derrick, you don't have to touch that lady in that way, you don't even know her. Please let her go. I'm the one you want, not her." Karla said boldly. She did not want him to hurt me.
"Shut up little girl, who asked you to open that dirty mouth of yours? You must be lucky I'm in a good mood today, or else I would have taken away your life. Now tell me how you got into contact with this beautiful soul." Derrick ordered her.
"I won't tell you anything, Derrick. Do you think because you have a gun I'm going to panic? Well, you can go to hell." Karla said.
Derrick approached her and next he hit her so hard that she spat out blood. I turned and looked at the monster who was hitting a lady so hard. Not wanting Karla to get more injured, I pleaded with him not to touch her and explained to him how I got to the grasslands.
"Was that difficult? Now you two follow me to the car, we have to visit the client who both need you." Derrick said vehemently.
Did I hear a client needing us? So we were now merchandise and ready to be sold off. I thought it was the end of my story on earth.
We tried refusing to follow the young men, but one of his men shot into the air. Immediately we followed the guys, we had to cross a little river before reaching out where Derrick's car was packed.
His phone rang. So he went ahead while we were behind with three of his men. I regret ever going out. To think I had plans for the following day, they were about to be ruined.
While we were crossing the river, Gerald's old friend Perry saw us from afar. He left for the forest to go check on his traps when he heard some noise from the riverside. When he tried finding out what was going on, he saw us in a boat against our will.
At that moment there was nothing he could do because he was alone and Derrick, and three men. He quickly went to the neighboring farm to demand help.
Perry succeeded in getting eight young men who were willing to help us. They had cutlasses, wood and axes alongside with them, they found a boat and quickly followed us.
Derrick's men noticed there were people following them. The only option for them to save themselves was to throw us in the river and speed up.
When we were thrown into the river, I thought I was going to die. I had never in my life been by a river talked less about being thrown into one. Karla held my hand and asked me not to panic.
We were saved by the eight young men. They took us back to the boarders and asked us to be calm. Before we got home, Karla was shivering. She knew Gerald was going to get mad if he found out we left without his permission.
It was getting late and we weren't home yet. Gerald was home for sure, and being accompanied by Perry and the eight guys was so stressful.
We arrived home at 7:00 PM. Gerald opened the door and we all entered. Karla gave them a seat while I plopped into my room, all in tears. I kept seeing Derrick's hands on my body.
Gerald opened my door brutally and asked me to follow him to the living room. For months of living with him, I had never seen him in such a mood, he looked more wild and ready to devour me.
