"Um, Millie? Have we met before high school?". I stopped and looked at him. "You really don't remember me, do you?", I sighed back. "We have?", Lucas replied in an unbelieving way. "Yes, you dimwit. I think you'll figure that out after the 'don't remember me' part", I snapped back. "No, it's just I really don't remember you, I mean I-". "Yeah, yeah. I know the drill. 'I don't think I'd remember a fine piece of a** like you, honey. You're too fine to be forgotten' or ' I'll remember you now, since you have finally gotten the woman affected now' and other bull***t everything in between. So, just save your f******g breathe", I shouted at him, walking close to him with each word until I was inches from his rattled face. With my speech finished, I turned and stormed towards my bike. "No. Wait! You got the wrong idea!", he yelled after my speeding bike. I raced through the backroads, avoiding anything that could possibly look like concrete or asphalt. My mind is as blurred by horrible flashbacks as the trees zooming past me. I couldn't hear anything but ringing in my ears from that once drowning night in my past. My face burned from the wind and felt like the harsh contact they received that dreary night. My cold-lifeless hands clenched my handlebars as they did that fearful night waiting for the police. The only thing I know at the present time right now is there isn't anyone who could get harmed by reckless ways. I drove and drove, passed one county, then another. I held back the tears and fears tearing me apart from the inside out. I heard a faint ding. I looked down to see I had only 10 miles left and I was fifty miles from the next town. I pulled over on the side of the road, hiding my bike in the ditch before marching into the woods with my survival pack. I found a clearing about 2 miles into the woods that had twigs all in it. The twigs would give me enough warmth til midnight, I thought brightly. I started to clear away some brush in the middle of the clearing and circling some rocks around where the fire would go. Next, I gather some leaves, twigs, and some small branches to start my fire. Lucky for me, I always have a lighter with me since that day. If it wasn't for the lighter, I'd never, would have-. A sudden engine pop sounded through the forest, scaring me half to death, and a faint whisper soon followed. I crouched down low in the dark shrubs away from the tiny light of the fire, watching and waiting for the now growing voices to come into my sight. I heard a rustle in the bushes 10 ft away from my fire. Suddenly, it was stopped by an eerie silence before being replaced by a familiar voice, "Mills, are you hearing me?". Why is he here?

I tried to stop her from explaining myself. I tried to follow her but was left by the dust of her bike. I tried to find her in every place in this gosh d***ed town. But I can't, I just can't. I called Ron and Ted to ask if she was there but she wasn't. They grabbed Millie's friends and raced to help me. I explained what happened every little detail from our race to our epic jump to her say we've met before to our unresolved fight. Jamie, Tyler, and Chris understand my situation while trying to hold back a mad, cursing fit crazed Carrie. Who says every word in the book and then some I've heard of before. Tyler laughed the whole time until she cooled down, then he got the bright idea to bug her by asking about her flustered new words. Surprise, he has p***ed her off completely again. So currently, Tyler is running while laughing from a cussing Carrie with a baseball bat that was stolen by a bunch of ten year olds trying to play baseball but are now enjoying two seniors fighting like toddlers. And this is where we pick up. "Come here you f***ing a**hole! You f***ing teased the hell outta of me with words and think you're going to get away. Come here you *beep *beep *beep *beep *beep! How can your wonderful mom have a *beep *beep *beep like you!?! Get back here you a**hole!", she screamed. "Somebody's going to get it. Somebody's going to get it", Tyler tried to wease out between laughter while skipping away from a ragging Carrie. "Ding! Ding! Ding! You are the lucky b****d who gets it. So come collect your f***ing prize!", she screamed after him. "Run, Forrest, Run!", Ted shouted making all of us burst out in a gut-busting laughter. "Ok, back to the subject of Millie, how do we find her?", I heaved out. "Well, first she has her way of being found and if you want to find her you must try it", Jamie replied and Chris agreeably nodded. "Her way"?" Yeah when she's like that she takes backroads and none of the backroads cannot have any concrete or asphalt on them", he said. "Ok... So just follow the dirt roads?", I questioned. "Yep. I'll stay here and keep mom and dad off your back while you go get Millie", he said climbing on his bike. "Maybe I should go explain the situation", I said. "No. Let me. Being the favorite child has its perks", he smirked. "Millie said she was the favorite", I remarked. "The hell she is!", he said before driving away. "Where are the curser and the cursey?", I questioned after realizing how quiet it was. "I don't know I'll check around the corner", Ted said before walking around the corner of the gym. "Ah, my eyes, my f***ing v*****n eyes", Ted suddenly yelled make us run around the corner as well to see Tyler on top of a very quiet carrie. "That's a lie. You don't have v*****n eyes", Ron responded. "We're not doing anything. She slipped and fell I'm trying to wake her up", Tyler said frantically. Chris rushed to her side to give her a once over. "What happened?", he questioned dangerously. "She slipped on that banana peel", he said pointing over towards the browned peel on the ground. "She's ok. She just passed out", Chris sighed out in relief with Tyler quick to follow. "Chris, go open the door to my car", Tyler said sternly before handing the keys to Chris. Slowly, Tyler lifted and carried Carrie to his car. Ted and Ron walked ahead of us while I hung back with Tyler. His eyes were filled in worry and his face was solemnly as he watched Carrie. "I'm sorry to ask, but how long have you loved Carrie?", I questioned. "From the moment I met this little firecracker I guess. Back then being 8 you don't know exactly what to call it but then as I got older, I got more jealous of who was around her that's one reason our friend group is so small because I couldn't stand any boy that I know personally date her", he chuckled stiffly out. "That's why I laugh when she cusses because the little girl I knew made $20 bucks a week from us boys when she made a swear jar. Now look at her she would have to rob a bank to paid off herself off". We walked in silence before he spoke again. "You have met us all before, you know luki", he said before walking to place Carrie in his car. Luki, that nickname I thought I was going to forget is back by how?
