Date Night

I woke up with two strong arms hugging me tightly. I caressed my check with his arm and slowly wiggled out of his grasp. Ben suddenly woke up and smiled at me.

"Good morning Sky," he said.

"Morning," I said back to him.

"Sleep well," he asked. I just nodded and sat on the side of the bed. "I want to take you out tonight, so we can talk?"

"Who's going to babysit Lily," I laughed.

"Let me worry about that," he said. I leaned over to kiss him and then walked over to the bathroom. His eyes followed me all the way into the bathroom. As soon as I was done with my shower, I grabbed some sweats and a new T-shirt to wear for now. Ben was making coffee and some breakfast. I heard Lily whining so I went to go pick her up. I changed her diaper and got her dressed.

"There are my two favorite girls," Ben said. I sat Lily on her high chair and went to go get her sippy cup.

"So what's for breakfast?" I asked Ben.

"Pancakes, bacon, sausages and eggs," Ben replied.

"Wow," I said astonished.

"Too much?" Ben asked.

"No, it's perfect," I said. I went to sit at the kitchen table next to Lily. Ben finally came over with our plates and we enjoyed a nice breakfast together.

"I have class later so I am going to head home and I guess I'll see you later," I told Ben. He seemed off when I said that but he didn't seem too pissed so I let it go.

"Okay, I'll pick you up at your apartment around 8 pm," Ben said. I suddenly got nervous at the thought of anyone outside this house seeing us together. I finished eating and kissed Ben and Lily goodbye. I went to the bus stop and headed to the apartment.

 Melody and Kim were eating cereal on the kitchen counter.

"Hey there stranger," Kim said.

"Good morning," I said. They paid very close attention to what I was wearing. As I tried to sneak into my bedroom Kim and Melody made side remarks.

"New clothes," Kim said.

"Out all night and now they share clothes," Melody added.

"Come here," I gestured to both of them. They both came running into my room as if the kitchen were on fire.

"Sit," I said. "Look, what I am going to say might not make sense but overall I am happy and thought about it and I am going to go ahead with my new relationship. I am.. I had s*x with Mr. Richards."

"Finally," Kim shouted.

"Oh My GOSH," Melody said. "Isn't he way older, like sleeping with him is one thing but what you're going to date him."

"Melody has a point, girl, He is hella hot but he's your boyfriend now?" Kim asked.

"I don't know exactly but I don't want to just sleep with him," I said.

"You want to be Lilies stepmom and marry him?" Melody questioned.

"Look, I don't know much about the future but I am going on a date with him tonight, Okay, I just wanted to tell you guys and not hide anything from you anymore," I said to them. They jumped over to give me a big hug and I felt a bit better. The only other thing I had to do eventually was to explain things to Liam and tell him I was seeing someone.

I went to class and then grabbed some lunch with Melody and Kim. I didn't see Liam around which was maybe for the best. I got home around six and panicked until it got closer to eight. I took a shower and then got dressed. I wore a simple tight white dress with a low v neck. I grabbed my leather jacket and put my hair into a sleek high ponytail. I was half expecting a text or a call but when I heard a knock on the door at 7:59, I began to tremble. Melody and Kim both stared at me and smiled. They wanted to cheer so bad but I told them to stay quiet. I opened the door and Ben was standing there looking amazing. He was wearing light grey dress pants and a simple black t-shirt. I was happy to see him look so simple and dashing. He led me back to his car and opened the passenger door for me. I was so nervous but seeing his face made me feel better. He took me to this rooftop bar lounge. It was so beautiful and lit up by so many lights. We had a few drinks, Ben had some sliders and I had some sushi.

"So are you having fun?" Ben asked me.

"Yes," I said. "The food is really good."

"Good," he answered. " I want you to know I am serious and I want to make this work Sky."

"I want this to work too," I told Ben. "I just don't know how to."

"We spend time together, like this, just you and me," he said. "I don't want you to stop taking care of Lily, she loves you. I just want to be with you."

"Okay," I said simply. "We date and everything still stays the same."

"Essential," Ben said. The rest of the night was amazing. He drove me back to his place. I didn't know why I was so nervous. He parked his car into the garage and closed the door. My heart was beating so fast. This wasn't spontaneous or a one night stand. We want on a proper date and now I am at his place. Whatever happens, next was going to be because we were together and taking this next step. He got out of the car and came to open my door. I kissed him before he could close my door. He pushed me up against the door closing it anyways. He took off my jacket and ran his hands down the middle of my breast and down my dress.

"I love this dress and how it shows off all your curves," he whispered in my ear. He slipped his hand up my dress and move my panties to the side.
