Cook Out And Bail Out

I had the best night ever. I had felt so warm and safe in his arms. I didn't want to wake up. Staring at his face I realized I was falling for him. Wasn't this wrong? I didn't know what I was getting myself into.

"Good morning," Ben said as he kissed me softly.

"Morning," I said.

"There is an extra toothbrush in my bathroom and help your self to any of my clothes," he said. " I am going to go check on Lily and maybe if she is still asleep I can join you for a quick shower." I smiled and shook my head in agreement. I walked to the bathroom and started the shower. I began to let the water fall on to my body. I felt relaxed and happy. I heard Ben come in and I immediately got excited. He took his clothes off and got in. I grabbed his face and brought it towards mine. I wanted to kiss him so badly. He quickly took control and kissed my neck. He went even lower and licked my hard n*****s. I let out a few moans and I knew this made Ben feel good. His c**k was now throbbing by my thigh. "Ben!" I cried. My knees were going weak but Ben held me up.

I then helped him clean up and we had a nice shower. I brushed my teeth and then got dressed. I was happy and tried not to worry about any consequences that lie ahead. I made breakfast for everyone, omelets, and coffee. I made sure to make a small one for Lily and cut it into small pieces. Ms. Winters was having a cookout today so we would have to make an appearance. I didn't have any clothes here so I told Ben I would go back to my apartment and changed and come back for the cookout. He didn't like the idea of me leaving but I was sure I couldn't wear his clothes to the cookout. After breakfast, we put Lily in her walker and Ben brought me to his office to make out.

"God, I want to f**k you on my desk," he said. I took a deep breath and smiled. We continued to make out for twenty minutes but knew we had to stop before we did have s*x on his desk.

"I'm going to go get something to wear," I said looking at the time on my phone.

"Fine," he said pouting a bit.

"See you guys later," I said before I kissed him one last time.

Back at my apartment, Melody and Kim were wondering why I stayed the night at Mr.Richards again.

"Guys he got home late again," I said reassuringly.

"Okay, but you better not have some secret boyfriend you don't want to tell us about," Kim said.

"I don't," I sang as I entered my room. I put on some denim shorts and a white cami. I grabbed my floral cover-up and put on my brown strappy sandals. I thought I looked cute but still appropriate. I wasn't trying to impress anyone so obviously.

"Look at you," Kim said.

"Bye Kim," I sang again. She was a good friend but I couldn't tell her just yet what was happening. I went back to Ben's house and he was already waiting outside for me. We walked across the street to Ms. Winters's house. All the kids and parents from the block were here. So was Liam and I knew it was going to get awkward. I took Lily to the play area and sat on the grass with her. Usually, during these events, Liam and I talk while the parents mingle but today was different. Liam was avoiding me but so was I.

One the food was ready, I grabbed a plate so I could feed Lily. I caught Ben looking at me ever so often. I smiled and he would either wink or smile back. I thought he was so cute but I couldn't look at him for too long. If I did I knew Ms. Winters would notice for she too was staring at Ben a lot. It took Liam forty minutes to finally come over and sit near me and Lily.

"Hey," Liam said casually.

"Hi," I said back.

"So, I kind of miss you, and I know I was a jerk," he said.

"I miss you too and I'm sorry about your sneakers," I said.

"That was you?" he asked. "Damn I just thought some asshole did that at the party."

"I was that asshole," I announced. "I'm really sorry."

"It's okay, I deserved it," he said. "

"No, I should have told you," I said.

"No, that's totally your business I just got mad because I was jealous," he told me.

"What," I said."Jealous?"

"I like you Sky," Liam said while looking deep into my eyes. "I always have."

"Liam, I," I couldn't choose my next words. "I did too but."

"Did? Huh?" he questioned.

"Look, I still want to be friends, Liam," I stated.

"We are still friends, always," he said.

"Good," I said as I hugged him. Looking over Liam's shoulder I saw Ben and Ms. Winters looking at us. Ms. Winters was smiling while Ben looked angry. I couldn't help like I did something wrong. The rest of the day was nice. I played with Lily and Lily then played Mikey. Ben and I at one point sat next to each other and ate. He knew I had given Lily something to eat but I hadn't eaten anything.

"So, Ms/ Winters thinks I should help her in setting you and Liam up," he said with an attitude.

"You could have told her I was spoken for," I joked.

"ARE YOU," he said a bit harshly.

"Ben, please I, I'm not sure," I tried to explain.

"You're not sure?" he questioned.

"I'm not sure how serious you are. Or what this is," I said honestly. 

"I want to kiss you right now and show you how serious I am," he said. "We will talk about this later." Ms. Winters was gesturing for Ben to come over to her so he got up and left. As I watched them talk and mingle with their friends. I began to wonder, we can never be normal like that. It's not even the age but that fact that I use to be his babysitter and now I am. How cliche is that. I was his babysitter and now I am sleeping with him. I think I shouldn't let this go any further or keep doing something that is clearly wrong. After the cookout I told Ben I was going home and since Liam was still there he offered to take me home. Ben was pissed but I needed to get some clarity and think about everything. I hated making him feel bad but I had to get some distance for now.
