“Li ge, look isn’t this cute?” Shen Qi said to General Li or known as Li Fengxian.

“Yes Princes,, it suits you.” Li Fengxian quickly nodded at Shen Qi’s choice of “things”. From hair accessories to jewelries, all that Shen Qi picks suit her.

Thought the mood looks harmonious, Li Fengxian who was the center of attention could be visibly seen shaking in fear as sharp daggers bury on his back.

Mu Xuan who was also along with the two was staring daggers at Li Fengxian who was the center of his sister’s attention.

As you had all guess, today is the promise day. Shen Qi being the 'kind' person that she is, as if!, stand true to her promise and accompany Mu Xuan, her SP!! *0*

That very morning, when Mu Xuan was waiting for the Second Prince to appear, Shen Qi suddenly appeared in front of him without a warning and claimed that her "Second Brother", the Second Prince sent her there to "accompany" him!

But on the way to the Palcae, Shen Qi met General LI who was also om his way out. Thinking of a “fun” time together with General Li, Shen Qi decided to bring him on a bases that “the more the merrier”, “tour guide for the two”.

Mu Xuan who was the target of this “cute” sight almost took Li Fengxian’s life there and now for daring to take his “sister’s” attention away from him.

“Alright. I will wait for you here, Third Brother.” Shen Qi smiled.

“Then, I shall go.” Mu Xuan said but before turning back he signaled for Li Fengxian to follow him.

“Princess, can I leave you here for a bit? I just remembered that I need to buy something. Can I, Princess?” Li Fengxian quickly asked.

“You too?” Shen Qi pouted. She was just having fun and now the two main people of the story are living here behind.

“I’m really sorry, Princess.” Li Fengxian bowed his head in shame.

“Do not bow your head, General Li. It is I who took away your precious time, if you really need to go then I won’t stop you.”

“R-Really? I mean, thank you Princess.”

Looking a the disappearing back of LI Fengxian, Shen Qi could feel like he was walking away as if his life depended on it. Or is she just being paranoid.

"Hoho.. if this isn't her highness!"

Not long after Li Fengxian left, a “she devil” by the name of Feng An appeared to taint Shen Qi’s eyes.

Feng An’s “not so loud voice” attracted the people busy walking in the streets, smelling a cat fight they started to gather around the two ready for a show. Talk and whispers could be heard all around.

"Wow, is that the famed Princess?"

"She is so beautiful!"

"Her beauty is comparable to the late Queen, no, she is even more beautiful!"

"A beauty that could cause a nations downfall!!"

"Well, well, well, if this isn't the oh so famed talented third miss of the An Household, by the way is your face still hurting?" Shen Qi also mockingly smiled. Her words might make her sound worried about her but her words have already made many implications behind it.

Shen Qi’s true colors who were hid from Li Fengxian perfectly when he was with her finally came out when she saw Feng An seeking death going for her.

"What a way to twist words!" It was unknown who said this but it was someone among the crowd.

Seeing Shen Qi smile like that, Feng An's anger from that night's humiliation even surged through the roof!

"I heard that the Princess is interested in someone, it's been going around quite a lot recently around the kingdom. I heard that it was the genius young General Li." Feng An smiled kindly but the meaning behind her words were deadly sharp.

The crowd gasp when they heard such a juicy piece of news, some of them were praising her for having such good eyes but others were condemning her for eyeing others fiancee.

It a common knowledge between the people in the Qi Kingdom that there genius young General was betrothed to the An Household's talented third miss so some could not help but look down at her.

"Princess, I don't blame you. I know that General Li, my fiancee is such a charming individual." Feng An smiled at Shen Qi with an understanding look "I know that you like him but --"

Not wanting to listen to Feng An's bullshit anymore, Shen Qi cut her off with a smile.

"Feng An, I think your mistaken. This Princess, I had no sort of feelings towards General Li. This Princess does not like General Li at all, so you can be rest assured. This Princess does not even put him in this Princess eyes so how come this Princess did not know that this Princess likes him? You must be jesting, Feng An don't believe rumors so easily since rumors can never be trusted." Shen Qi sincerely advised and even a kind smile on her face but deep inside she was laughing her butt off.

Feeling humiliated, Feng An's face turned beat red and was again about to retort but a certain someone appeared that made her shrink back. The words that she was about to spout out was stuck in her throat.

The memories of that night flooded her mind as fear grip her heart, the humiliation and pain she had suffered was deeply ingrained in her flesh and bones. The fear that, that person brought her was so immense that just the sight or even just his name could make her knees shake in fear because she knows that if he was really serious he will undoubtedly kill her without mercy, her family can’t even get her justice.

Feng An unconsciously put her hand on both sides of her cheeks protecting it for any incoming attacks as the person she feared most advances while she took a step back.
