The next day was club day wherein everyone was encouraged to sign in to any clubs that they wanted for the semester. Every club had their own twist to encourage others to join them. Jennie saw a lot of people gathering here and there in their building and she doesn't know which club should she join first because now she found them all interesting.
"Jennie!" Jisoo called as she was approaching towards Jennie. "Why are you just standing here? You should fall in line to the club you want to join in."
"I feel like I want to join every club here. They're interesting." Jennie said.
"I'm gonna sign you up in our club, let's go!" Jisoo dragged Jennie to the registration booth of Young Voices Club and she wrote Jennie's name on the registration form. "And...done. You're now an official member of Young Voices Club."
"That fast?" Jennie asked, a little bit shocked.
"Well, no. Not yet really, there will be like an audition first before you can be an official Young Voices member. But I have faith in you, I know you'll nail your performance." Jisoo smiled. "But, um...so how was your roommate? I mean, have you told her that you know already?" Jisoo nervously asked.
"Well...I asked her about it." Jennie hesitantly answered.
"What did she say?" Jisoo became interested but she lowered her voice so no one would notice.
"Well, she said it's not true and she just laughed about me being her next victim."
"Still denying it huh?"
"Let's just leave her alone, we don't even know her." Jennie dismissively said.
"Anyway, moving on. You should be thinking on what song you're going to sing for the audition which is anytime this week. But I'll let you know when so you better prepare yourself." Jisoo said.
"Thanks, Jisoo."
"Aren't you going to sign up for the Dance Troupe?" Jisoo asked.
"Oh, yeah. I almost forgot." Jennie sheepishly said as she scratched the back of her head.
"You better start falling in line then if you want to finish fast." Jisoo reminded. "I'm gonna go visit my other club."
"Okay, thanks again." Jennie bowed her head and started to walk upstairs to where the dance studio was located.
Meanwhile, Lisa and Rosé were watching the two from afar while they were talking. Rosé won't shut her mouth about how nervous she was because she doesn't know how she should be friends with Jisoo since the latter always run away whenever she sees her.
"Calm down, will you? I would probably do the same if I were in her shoes. You're kind of a freak honestly." Lisa deadpanned.
"How supportive of you." Rosé sarcastically said as she dramatically sighed.
"Just stop what you're doing if you don't want to end up like me." Lisa said and Rosé raised her eyebrow.
"Like you? Like...alone? Pfft."
"Hey, I'm being serious here and I'm sure you know what I mean."
"I was just joking." Rosé sighed and patted her best friend's back. "I just really like that girl so much and I want to make friends with her. And come on, maybe everyone got over it already because it's been a while."
"Yeah, it's been a while and then Jennie came and everyone's talking about her because of me. I mean I don't want her to leave just because of what she'd heard."
"Wait, she knew already?!" Rosé said in shock.
"I just told you last night, how could you forget easily?" Lisa glared at Rosé. "And may I also remind you that she insisted to bring you the food that I cooked?"
"Oh, yeah. I remember, sorry."
"How come you didn't tell me your other name was Dory?"
"Shut up, I forgot because I'm thinking too much." Rosé slapped Lisa's arm and the latter just laughed.
"I'm just worried about you, okay? I don't want you to come crying to me if that girl rejected you." Lisa said. "And may I also remind you that running away means that person doesn't like you so start with that."
"Thanks for spoiling the mood." Rosè glared at Lisa and the latter patted her back.
"Anyway, good luck with that. Just be yourself. I'm gonna go sign up now."
Rosé just bowed her head sadly as her best friend left her side. She looked at Jisoo and she inhaled sharply to gain her confidence.
"You can do this Rosé." Rosé said to herself and started walking towards Jisoo who was busying herself by watching other students sign up in their club.
Rosé felt her heart beating so fast against her chest as her feet was dragging her to Jisoo. Jisoo didn't seem to notice her presence, Rosé exhaled the breath she was holding before starting to talk to Jisoo. But before Rosé could even open her mouth and say hi to Jisoo, their president called them who was monitoring their booth.
"Hey, Jisoo and Chaeng." Seohyun called and the two turned their heads to her. "Please take over, I'm gonna take a break. Don't scare them okay?" Seohyun joked as she stood up from where she was sitting and Jisoo and Rosé looked at each other before awkwardly taking a seat at their booth.
Rosé secretly glanced at the girl sitting beside her and she saw her smiling at the student signing up in their club.
"We'll post the schedule for the audition on the bulletin boards so you better check them regularly. Thanks for signing up." Jisoo politely said as she bowed her head to the student who just finished writing on the registration form.
"Hi." Rosé shyly said meeting Jisoo's eyes.
"H-hey." Jisoo stammered.
"I'm Rosé by the way, or Chaeyoung, whichever you prefer. I don't mind." Rosé sheepishly laughed.
"I know. I heard Seohyun called our names." Jisoo deadpanned without facing Rosé.
Rosé felt that the conversation they were having was cringey and she was already losing hope that she would be friends with Jisoo since she thought that the latter was giving her a cold shoulder. Rosé was having an itch to ask Jisoo long after she started noticing that she kept on running away whenever she's around.
"Um, Jisoo? Can I ask you a question?" Rosé nervously asked, almost regretted that she shouldn't have done that.
"But you already did." Jisoo said without looking at her again.
"Okay, how about two questions?"
"I'm sorry, what was that?" Jisoo turned to her, ignoring what she said.
"Oh, um...never mind, I guess." Rosé gave up and sighed.
"I was just messing with you." Jisoo laughed and Rosé felt her lips curved into a smile as she turned to Jisoo. "But what were you going to ask me though?"
"You might find my question dumb but I just notice that whenever I'm around you always run away. Are you avoiding me? Did I do something to you because I'm really worried that I don't know what I did to you." Rosé tried not to sound so desperate with her question.
Before Jisoo could answer her, her attention went elsewhere. She stood up and went to Chanhyuk, another member of their club. Rosé was just left sitting there, dumbfounded while she was just watching Jisoo having an exchange of words with Chanhyuk. Rosé sighed once again as she thought that she just got the answer she was looking for. Jisoo was avoiding Rosé, or ignoring her. Rosé then saw Jisoo and Chanhyuk approaching to her.
"Come with me Chaeng." Jisoo said. "Chanhyuk will take over." She said and Chanhyuk nodded politely.
Without asking a question, Rosé found herself standing up and following Jisoo to wherever they were going. They went somewhere far away where they wouldn't be seen by anyone.
"Now what are we-" Rosé was cut off by Jisoo's kiss. It was just a quick and chaste kiss but Rosé's body froze at the contact.
Her crush didn't just kiss her. Jisoo didn't just kiss her!
"Oh no, did I shock you?" Jisoo worriedly said as she started to bit her nails. "I'm sorry. I'm really sorry!" Jisoo bowed her head down repeatedly.
"First, you didn't answer my question back there, then you attacked me with a kiss?!"
"Wasn't that the answer you're looking for?" Jisoo asked and Rosé couldn't seem to find the right words to say.
"I-I don't understand. I don't get anything." Rosé said in confusion.
"I keep running away because I don't know how to face you. And no, I'm not avoiding you and you didn't do anything wrong for me to avoid you." Jisoo explained.
"But...what was the kiss for?" Rosé asked as she brought her finger to her lips, thinking about kiss that happened.
"My mom says it's now or never. If you like someone, make them feel you like them." Jisoo said then she inhaled. "I don't care if you hate me now because of what happened but, I like you Chaeng." Jisoo confessed and she closed her eyes tightly while her lips were pursed because she now found everything so cringey when she didn't even get a word from Rosé. "Well, that was worth a try." Jisoo sighed and sadly chuckled. "Forget I said that." She dismissively waved her hand, but before she could start walking away, Rosé held her hand and make her turn to face her.
Jisoo was shocked at Rosé's move but she got even surprised when she saw a wide smile spreading on Rosé's face before the latter hugged her tight.
"I will never forget what you've just said. You just made me the happiest person." Rosé pulled away with a smile still plastered on her face as she held Jisoo's hand. "Should we go back? They're probably looking for us now."
"Oh, yeah. Let's go." Jisoo smiled as the two walked back to their booth while swinging their intertwined hands.

Lisa went upstairs to fall in line for the signing up process at the Dance Troupe. The line was a bit longer than she thought, she couldn't keep herself from peeking from where she was standing just to check if the line was even moving. The long line was already making her hungry as she sighed in frustration. She unintentionally eyed the person's bag in front of her because it was kind of familiar to her. She looked down a little bit further to check her shoes and her eyes widened because she's guessing it was Jennie who was in front of her.
"Jennie?" Lisa called and the person in front of her turned to her.
"Oh, Lisa!" Jennie smiled. "Signing up too?" She asked.
"Uh...y-yeah." Lisa sheepishly grinned. "I actually quit before but I'm joining again." She shared.
"What made you quit? You're scaring me." Jennie joked as she chuckled.
"Because of the schedule. I'm kind of bad at managing my time." Lisa lied.
"Oh, I see." Jennie nodded. "Well, I think it's a good thing that we're going to be in the same club." Jennie smiled.
"Right. A good thing." Lisa forcefully laughed.
