Juniper's Pov The soft light of morning filters through the curtains as I wake up, the sound of waves crashing against the shore a gentle reminder of where I am. Today is our last day at the beach house, and I’m determined to make the most of it despite the lingering awkwardness with Theodore. I stretch and get out of bed, walking over to the window to check the weather. The sky is a perfect shade of blue, and the sun is already warming the sand.
