The Hybrid and The Prince

22 years ago.. Unknown POV "You got your assignment?" "Yes sir." "Good make sure you don't fail or I will kill you." "Of course sir, I will not fail you." Five minutes later The newest addition to the family of wolves sleeps peacefully, not the slightest bit aware of what's to come. The unknown man walks up to the crib looking down on the innocent child who doesn't even know of the great destiny he is said to have. The man begins to chant, making his boss's wish come true that no one will be able to stop him, or so they believe. The child awakes mid spell and begins to cry from the pain he is experiencing, alerting his mother that something is wrong and so she begins to head to his nursery oblivious to what's truly happening. Once she gets closer to her son's nursery, she begins to feel that something is off and throws the door open, only to see an intruder over her child saying a spell without thinking. She waves her hand, throwing the man across the room in an attempt to protect her baby. "You're too late. I have already completed the spell. The prophetic child is no more, he's just human." "HOW DARE YOU?!" she cried before snapping his neck and running over to her baby as his lifeless body fell to the ground.
