Chapter 15

***Braydens POV***

As Meagan sits down it’s time to call up Raelynn and do the same with her with Ed going last since he was be made a gamma. I call Raelynn to come up to the table I can’t help but notice the way her hip sway as she makes her way over to me. That dress is gunna be the death of me tonight I need to hurry this up so she can go sit back down and get away from me. I grab the blade then her super soft and a make a slice along her palm.

B: Raelynn do your swear to protect Black Moon pack and your fellow pack member?

R: I do Alpha.

B: Do you swear loyalty to me as your new Alpha and to obey my commands?

R: I do Alpha.

B: I Brayden James Ashford accept you Raelynn Bryce Marchment into the Black Moon Pack.

R: I Raelynn Bryce Marchment accept you Brayden James Ashford as my Alpha and Black Moon as my pack as along as you allow me!

She smiled at me and reached for the glass and took a sip of the wine the pack goes wild feeling their second new pack member link with them. My eyes linger on her lips and she slowly licks the bit of wine still on them I can’t even Imagine how sweet it would taste on her red lips. I mind link her “ welcome to Black Moon little Rae go take a your seat. Also that dress looks amazing.”. She looks at me with a blush but replies back “What did I tell you about calling me little Alpha?”. I stifle a laugh at her quick remark and go to move one to Ed. I call him up to start is portion and make a slice on his palm and then mine as I hold it over a separate glass than the one the girls used.

B: Eduardo Elijah Romero do you swear to Protect the Member of the Black Moon pack, to help me take care of this pack as my Gamma Male, and to be fair in all judgements you may preside over in your duty’s as Gamma?

E: I do Alpha.

B: Do you swear loyalty to me as Alpha and to follow my commands?

E: I do Alpha.

B: I Brayden James Ashford accept you Eduardo Elijah Romero as the Gamma Male of the Black Moon Pack!

E: I Eduardo Elijah Romero accept you Brayden James Ashford as my Alpha and my Role as your Gamma of the Black Moon Pack!

B: Everyone welcome your newest Gamma and pack members!!!!! Let the celebration start food will be served shortly thank y’all for coming!

Ed took his sip out of the glass and then I took mine feeling he’s bond as my Gamma Male snap into place. Giving me a new surge of power feeling another rank Memeber take their place. I give him a big hug happy to have him here as my Gamma.

Two warriors come and take the podium off the stage while to more being the two tables to be set up for all of us to eat at. I take my spot in the middle as sand goes to sit at my left and Ed on the other side of her, Dylan sit to my right with Meagan next to him and Raelynn on the other side of her. A little to far for my liking but I see her talking with my mom a smile on both of their faces and let that feeling go. Dinner is brought out for everyone slowly. Mom out did her self with this meal she planned chicken with a nice crispy skin stuffed with cheese and bacon, green beans with some onion garlic and bacon, Mac and cheese, some mash potatoes and roll to go with it. An Omega comes around giving us all waters and asking if we would like anything from the bar. The Pack hall was bursting with conversation and laughing as we all ate before the music and dancing all start. I look around with pride swelling in me watch everyone happy, flourishing and safe.

*** Raelynns POV***

Food finally arrives so I can stuff my face and stop talking for a bit and gather my brain. The amount of mind links welcoming me to the pack is starting to give me a head ache. Luckily the omega arrives with my Old Fashioned which I hope will take the edge off. But it seems to be getting worse even when the welcomes had stopped coming in. Aunt Daphnie keeps talk as I just nod and do a slight smile keeping my mouth closed. My brain is going into over drive thinking about my parents and everyone who isn’t here from Lake Moon. I also can’t help but wonder about the way Brayden never broke eye contact during my part of the ceremony he wasn’t like that on Meagan or Ed’s induction that I noticed. It felt like he was staring down into my soul which was kind of unnerving but sent tingles through me. I’m trying not to think to much into it that his shirt matches my dress it’s one of the pack colors not like he knew what my dress was going to be. There’s no way but as I try to keep from taking glances over every time I do his eyes are on me. I down the rest of my drink and look for an omega to get another one. My whole body feels on edge and for the life of me I don’t understand why we are safe here I keep repeating to myself. Since I can’t seem to find an omega I take the last two bites and excuse my self to go to the bar. I order another old fashioned and three shots for me Meagan and Ed. Pick them up and make my way back to the table dropping off a shot for each of them and we all gather behind the table.

R: To our new life here at Black Moon and to all those we have lost we will honor you.

We take our shots hug each other and go back to our seats.
