Jade's POV

I walked in my hotel room and started reading the files on my target again. I'm hoping to figure out where he would go to.

***30 MINUTE'S LATER***

I put the last paper on the desk and got up. There was nothing there to help figure out where he could be. I took the paper out of my pocket, I looked at it for about a minute. Then I grabbed my phone and dialled the number.

Ring ... Ring ...

Aaron's POV

I'm sitting in my office doing paperwork, I was halfway done when:

Ring ... Ring ...

I looked at my cellphone and frown I don't recognise the number, so I answered it "Hello Aaron speaking." I hear a chuckle on the other end and knew who it was. I smile and relaxed "Jade!" "Good guess. I thought I would call and make sure you gave me the right number." I chuckled "Are you implying that you get a lot of wrong numbers?" I asked, my wolf picks his head up. She laughed "I got a lot of numbers." my wolf growled at that and I tensed at that. "But I don't know if they were right or wrong since I never called them." At that my wolf and I relaxed. "Well now you know I gave you my real number." I say "Yup and now you have my number."

My heart skipped a beat at that. "Yes I do. What should I do now?"

Jade's POV

"Well that is all up up to you." Then I hear a beep, I look at my watch and see a message: Two female children under the ages of ten years were abducted! The probability that Neil is behind the missing kids are 50%!

CRAP!!

"tonight?" I hear Aaron ask. Wait, what? "I'm sorry I got distracted what did you ask?" I hear a light chuckle "I was just asking if you want to go on a date with me tonight?" I looked at my watch again reading the message, "I would love to go on a date with you." "But?" I sigh "But I just got a message. That two little girls have been abducted and my target could be behind it."

Aaron's POV

After she said that I was shocked and immediately started thinking of all the kids in my pack, "That is no problem. Another night?" I asked holding my breath "For sure!" she replied. I was all smiles, alright I'll let you go so you can work!" I said. "K. I'll talk to you later. Bye!" I hear her say. "Yes, I'll talk to you later. Bye!" I hang up my phone, just as Ben walks right in my office.

I look at him and stand up "What's wrong?" I asked him, I know he only walk in without knocking when something bad happens. "Two of out kids are missing, the teachers just noticed them missing, they went out to the play ground for recess. The girls were there but after the brake they were gone." I looked at him with wide eyes "Wait! Did you just say girls?" He looks at me, "Yes girls, two girls! Sister's! Why?" I started thinking of what Jade said before we hung up "Because my mate just got a case of two missing girls!" We look at each other, I grabbed my phone and we ran out of my office and shifted into our wolfs form and ran towards the School. Once we arrived we shifted back and reached the school doors just as the police arrive.

Jade's POV

After I hung up with Aaron I grabbed my laptop and hacked into the police station database for all information about the missing girls. The only info that they have right now is that the girls were taken from their school, location near the border of the Whitestone's property. What!? I quickly write the address down and head out to the school.

***30 Minutes Later***

It took 30 minutes to walk to the school. When I got there the place was surrounded by police cars. Just great, if this is Neil's doing the cops well be out matched. Neil race is almost as strong as an Asgardian.

Well here goes nothing, I walk right up to a cop and pulled my badge out "Detective Jade Starlight, I got word that two girls went missing here. And I believe that my guy might be behind it." He looks at my badge he radios someone, then he nods his head "K, Detective Starlight follow me." He leads me to the back of the school.

I see a playground and a group of scared kids. We walk up to a guy with the captain's hat, "Captain, this is Detective Starlight, she believes that the kidnapper might be her guy!" He looks me up and down and smirks, "Oh, that so? What's his name and IMO?" I look him up and down, he starts squirming under my stair, I smirk and his falls away "Neil, he has a record for taken female children under the age of ten years old, and I'm sure you can just imagine what he would do next!" His face goes white and a sheet. "Right, I'm not giving you control. But you are free to look around." I smiled, turn and started looking for any signs that Neil was being this.

Aaron's POV

I was talking to one of the teachers that was finished giving her statement to the police, when I see a cop round the coroner with Jade following behind. I frowned, what is she doing her? I watched her walk up to the police captain and used my wolfs hearing to listen in.

The cop: "Captain, this is Detective Starlight, she believes that the kidnapper might be her guy!" I watched him look her up and down then smirk, it made Blaze and me growl, But not to loud. Then the captain said: "Oh, that so? What's his name and IMO?" I looked at Jade and watched her look him up and down, my eyes turned ice blue, then I see him start squirming under her stair, then she smirk and his falls away, I hear her say "Neil, he has a record for taken female children under the age of ten years old, and I'm sure you can just imagine what he would do next!" I watch his face goes white as a sheet. "Right, I'm not giving you control. But you are free to look around." she smiled, turn and started looking around.

As I'm watching I remembered the first cop said Detective Starlight, so that is her last name.

Jade's POV

I'm not finding anything so far, but he is really good at covering his tracks that's why I only got a 50% chance.

It has been 4 hours now, everyone has left, well almost everyone, Aaron's still here. I stop by the fence right at the border, when he walks up to me. "Hey, I didn't expect to see you her." I nod my head still looking at the fence "Yes, I didn't expect to be here either. But the information that I got on the two missing girls brought me here." Just then I noticed some blood on the fence, I brought my watch up brought up the DNA scanner that Uncle Ryan built in and scanned the blood. I hit run, "How did you do that?" I forgot Aaron was still here. "My cousin is a genius when it comes to technology and my Uncle is a doctor. My cousin built the watch and my Uncle made the DNA scanner." He looks at me with amazement.

Bing!

I looked at the results, but it wasn't Neil's, but it was a males DNA, I felt both relieved and disappointed. "So do you know who it was." I shook my head no, I then took a swab and collected the blood, put it in a tube and labeled it. "No, but it was a male who took them. I hope they find them, I'm going to take this to the cops." He nods his head, "I'll walk you to the police station."

***30 Minutes Later***

We walk into the station and right into the captain, "Can I help you with something, Detective Starlight?" he asks "I found some blood on the chain link fence facing the border." I started to say "Let me guess you need to use our lab to see if it is your guy, right?" I smiled "No! I know it is not, though it does belong to a male. I stopped by to give you the sample I collected." as I pull the sample out of my pocket and hand it to him. He us looking at me with his jaw on the floor. "Thank...thank you!" he stutters. I smile "Your welcome. I hope you find the girls." He nods his head "And I hope you find your guy!" I smile a bit coldly "Oh, I well find him." The police captain shivers and I believe I saw Aaron shiver too.

Outside the hotel, "Well, thank you for walking me to the station and to the hotel. Let me now when you are ready to go on a date!" He looks at me "Your welcome, I enjoyed walking with you. I well let you now! Goodnight Miss. Starlight!" I start laughing "Goodnight Mr. Whitestone!" I turn and walked in side to the elevator and up to my floor, went to my door and inside.
