Alex’s POV
“Zara, what are you doing here?” I spat at her. She had no business showing up like this.
“I just wanted to meet your mate and make sure that she was going to be OK. I was so worried after we talked the other day.”
“As you can see, she is doing great, but still needs her rest. Best if you didn’t hang around.”
“Oh, of course. If there is anything I can do for you guys, please let me know. Do you get to go home soon?” She asked, turning towards Sam.
“Today actually. Later.”
“OH, that’s wonderful. Why don’t I get you some clothes and stuff so you will have it here when it’s time? I want to help.”
“Thats not necessary. My mom is taking care of it.”
“Tell her I will handle it. I am sure she is busy stepping in and taking care of Sam’s duties.” She said and then literally ran
