Reverie swarmed together and charged towards the disorientated frontlines. Kain pulled another soldier to their feet and pushed them towards the safety that the ranks of troops provided. Energy shields snapped and hissed back to life. The enemy was bearing down on Kain, and he resumed firing, trying to slow the charge. Crimson and white energy exploded across the frontline from the combined fire of the siblings. On the far end of the line, Celeris and Joshua tried to protect their brother. All around the troopers, Reverie swarms flooded in. A loud crack resounded next to Tenno Levart as he dodged out of the way, but he caught the second whip in his hand. He tugged at the whip, bundling it around his forearm. Angelica struggled to free her whip but she was fighting the superior strength
