I stared up at the man I could feel my mind racing. Could I leave? I heard my door open and I instantly feared that silus was here I threw open my closet shoving William inside. I slammed the door shut turning to see Laney. Her eyes looking around. She looked at me.
" Please tell me you don't have that man in your closet. "
I looked at my twin. It was impossible to lie to her. I stood guarding the door and fear crept in what if Laney was mind linking Silus. She grabbed my shoulders giving me a hug. She held me for a good solid minuet before letting go. Her eyes full of tears as she looked at me with a strange look of pain and acceptance.
" Go."
I blinked a couple times staring at her. She grabbed the duffle bag from under my bed and started shoving clothes and photo albums inside from my room. She ran to her room and grabbed a bag of something I couldn't see through. Before she shook me. Her fingers clutched my shoulders as I met her eyes again.
" If your going with him help me pack! Silus is with his goons at the bar you have an hour. before he gets home and smells William. Go!"
I blinked and opened the closet letting William back out he had the black dress from last night. A wicked grin across his face as he inhaled my scent trapped in the fabric.
" This is going too "
I blushed at the fact he had went through my closet and grabbed clothes for me. He gave Laney a hug and helped me to get stuff ready. He then opened the window and grabbed my stuff heaving himself out. He turned back and looked at me and Laney.
" Laney my dear can you take her to the mall just outside your borders for me and I'll get her from there. "
With that he was gone. I couldn't breath Laney grabbed my hand and yanked me away. We almost collided with Jason who eyed us suspiciously.
" Were going to mall. Tell silus we will be back tonight. Don't wait up for us!! "
With that Laney drug me towards our car. She damn neared floored the car the whole way. She was smiling and looking at me.
" Promise to write when your safe. Write me as Lucy Fur. So silus won't suspect you. "
I laughed.
" Lucy fur? your pet cat from years ago? "
She giggled back at me.
" We are the only two who even knew about the cat Raylynn. It's a safe name. Plus it will be okay. We will be okay. Maybe after some time Silus will rethink this mess and you can come home. Visit us and be family again. I know this is what needs to be done. You need your mate. Only a mate would look at you that way. Moon Goddess gave you a second chance to be happy. "
When we arrived at the mall I quickly saw the black suv and William stood from it. He was so close to me in a moment I blushed at how close he was to me. He gave sweet kisses to me all over my face. He grabbed my face.
" Is this what you want? No second thoughts? You can stay I will find a way to get you back. "
I looked at my sister her smile gave me what I needed. I turned back stepping into the Suv and with William.
" I have no regrets and no second thoughts. I'm ready to be with my mate. "
I thought about Ethan the man I barely remembered and the man that was gone. I needed to stop holding on to someone I never knew and start my life. The two men from earlier sat in the front. One of them was on the phone.
" We have him ma'am. Yes. No. No. Yes. technically. No. I know. Damn it. "
I looked up at William who was playing with my red curls. And smiling like a puppy. How fast was my heart beating right now?
" What's going on? "
He blinked and looked at the guy I was pointing too. He rolled his eyes. And placed his chin on my head. He grumbled something and then he sighed.
" He is discussing my actions with my parents. Technically you have final say of what you do and you had the decision to stay or leave. In this case run and well they are mad with me. "
I hadn't realized I would be starting such drama here. I suddenly worried about my father. His life was in danger after all. I had left him alone. William looked at me giving my hand a soft kiss and holding me close.
" Don't worry so much darling. We will figure it all out soon. and when we do it will all be fine. no need to worry about such small things. All that matters is we are together. "
The man upfront handed the phone to William. William made a face and rolled his eyes. He grabbed it and held it to his ear. He looked at me and put the phone on speaker.
" You can ask her. I have no secrets with my mate. Ask her if she wishes to go home. "
I could feel the panick set in my bones. I did not want to go back. Silus would be angry and would lock me in the room for a week! The voice on the phone was sharp and dark.
" William honestly stop being so immature. Your mother simply does not want to start a war over the disagreement of a head strong Alpha. "
the second voice was soft, and motherly.
" What's done is done, we will discuss the arrangements once you and your mate are home safely. "
I wrapped myself tighter against my mate, I did not want to let go, fearing that I'd wake up in my room alone and miserable. I needed awnsers and honestly William was the only way I'd get them.
