Bad day!

Selena POV:

His words were like a bucket of ice cold reality slapping me hard in the face. I meant nothing to him and he was using me, he literally just admitted it. I'm relieved I didn't sleep with him now. "I'm- I'm sorry Alpha," stuttered Alice, her own father burned with anger and dissapointment. "I would like to hear the truth this time Alice. Is my son intimately involved with that girl?" His voice vibrated towards her like a thousand shards of glass. "No Alpha-" She sobbed, she couldn't bare to look up now. For once, it felt good to not be the punished and reprimanded but that's the power that Ethan holds. The only child and heir to the Emerald Moon Pack and his parents dote on him. They would do anything for Ethan. "Selena!" Shouted Alpha August, I stepped forward anxious now as he yanked me out of my thoughts, "yes Alpha," I answered, my voice came out like a whisper and I could feel the palms of my hand sweating. "Are you sleeping with my son?" He asked and I shook my head, "answer me!" His growl echoed through the hall and I could feel the hair on my neck standing up tall, "No Alpha." He smiled at my fear and submission to him but I knew it wouldn't be like this forever. I would get out of here and away from all of them, including Ethan! "Guards!" Called the Alpha and I know my face contorted in fear and horror. I wanted to beg but I was so terrified that I couldn't speak. "Take her to the clinic and have her checked out! See if she is a virgin and if not," Alpha August looked at me with pure bliss in his eyes but his smile radiated the true evil within, "a male will have 24 hours to come forward and claim her, if not then she is a dead girl!" The guards started to drag me away roughly. I made this mistake of glancing towards Ethan, who sat there unphased as his mom soothed him. I gave him the most evil glare I could muster. I'd be back to take my revenge on him!

Ethan POV:

I hid my emotions as best as I could as I watched them drag her away. My mom was cooing and comforting me but my wolf was agitated. I looked at my father, "was that really necessary?" I asked, he looked annoyed at my recent shift of personality, "yes, my son's reputation was questioned!" I stared at him hard, "yeah and instead of believing me, you chose to believe my ex girlfriend!" I had stood up abruptly and my mom had stood up too, trying to calm me down. "Ethan, your father and I are always on your side-" I turned on my heels ignoring her and pushed past anyone in my way.

Selena POV:

I was seething as I struggled to pull away from the guard's firm grip. I was just so stupid for getting close to Ethan. What the f**k was wrong with me!? "I'm not going to run!" I snapped at the guard, "so do you f*****g mind!?" He growled at my insolence but did nothing to punish me for it. Goddess! I was cursed! No matter where things got good for me, some how, it always ended badly! I was shoved roughly into the clinic and a slimy male doctor approached, "Alpha August mindlinked me," he said to the guards as his tongue snaked over his greasy lips. I felt even more sick now, I didn't want to be touched and especially not by this disgusting swamp creature posing as a doctor. I noticed his hands were clean as he clasped them together in front of himself but his hair and face was slick with grease and oil. He eyed me up and down, his eyes travelling a bit too long on my body. "Come, right this way," he gestured as he turned on his heels, the guards shoved me forward roughly, forcing my frozen feet to shuffle forward. I felt bile rising into my throat, I didn't want this. "Here," he said as he ripped open a curtain revealing a single hospital bed, "strip and get on," he smiled his hideous smile at me that made me want to choke on my own vomit and die. I felt like vomiting at the thought of him running his hands over my naked body. "I said strip!" He commanded more firmly, the guards let go of my arms and as much as it would of have given me so relief a few moments ago, now it just made me want them to drag me out of there. "No," I said, my voice hoarse, "excuse me?" asked the doctor, his yellow teeth glinting in the fluorescent lights, "no!" I exclaimed louder and firmer. His lips contorted into a sneer, "well, if you won't do so willingly then I will have to rip it off you!" He growled, I made to take a step back and was met with a hard chest. My eyes were jumping around the room, looking for an escape. His hand snaked forward and grabbed my wrist, which I pulled back with all my strength. He gripped me tighter, "Alpha August said that I am to check if you are a virgin!" Globs of spit went flying as he spoke, he pulled me closer into his chest and I could smell decay in his mouth. "Well, I am a virgin and there is no need to check!" I shouted, trying to not sound desperate. I continued to pull away. He creepily, took a deep whiff of my scent with his eyes closed. "Dr Ralph!" Called out Luna Anna, "enough!" His steel grip, immediately let go of my wrist and I staggered back clumsily. "Luna Anna," he said bowing, not pleased by her appearance, "the omega was giving me lip and Alpha August-" "Yes, well that's why I am here. There will be no need to check her anymore!" Her voice was authoritative and I watched as Dr Ralph looked away with increasing irritation growing on his face, she turned to me. "Selena," my name was spat out with as much disdain as she could muster, "go to your quarters. You are relieved of all further duties for today!" I bowed and nodded before scurrying off.
