The second Heidi was out of sight, Nick grabbed Todd under the arm and took some of his weight. Todd leaned forward and groaned…loudly.
“Sexy,” Nick said and twisted to the side when Todd’s hand landed against him with a dull thwack. “She’s…ah, an interesting woman.”
Todd nodded and shifted his weight, groaning again. “I didn’t see that coming.”
Nick bent and started pulling Todd’s shirt up. Todd promptly pushed his hand away. “Let me see,” Nick said in what he thought was a very reasonable tone.
“I’m fi—” Todd’s words were cut short when Nick gently poked his ribs.
