It’s funny how you can have your mind set on something, but deep down it isn’t what you really want. When I was eighteen, I got jaded by a woman.
I loved her and was making plans for her to be in my life then she disappeared without any explanation. That made for a very bad time in my life. It was probably my lowest point. I did not ever want to go through that again.
Slowly I learned as I went through college there are women out there that are worth having a relationship with. The first one was the girl that lived next to the football house when I was in college.
She was different. Clearly she didn’t care about popularity. She even would tell me and the guys off. She was definitely different then jersey chasers we frequented.
