“Yeah, I am sure. I don’t think it will help Liam if it was known it was my idea because everyone will think it’s because of Eric.” I told Cassie.
“Jill, you shouldn’t hide that you came up with this idea. Sure, everyone knows how close you and Eric are. I think you are overthinking this.” Cassie said.
“I probably am overthinking. The truth is, I need to step back from Eric. I’m tired of being second choice. He is never going to see me as someone who is worth being with other than a friend that is always there for him. Maybe I’m tired of having unrequited love.” I told her.
