I was in the kitchen, lazily drinking a cup of coffee. I was deep in my thoughts.With all the chaos going on around the football team, they somehow managed to beat Harvard and keep their winning streak.
I am glad my idea of having the other athletic teams unite and show support worked and got some of the pressure of the drama off the football team. Part of me was sad.
I wasn’t sure how to handle Eric. I known the guy my whole life and suddenly I have to ignore him and it was a feeling I didn’t like but knew I had to do.
“Jill? You got a second?” I heard Andi shaking me from my thoughts.
“Ah yeah, What’s up Andi?” I said putting my coffee cup back down on the table.
Andi sat down next to me at the kitchen table and said, “Thank you.”
I was confused, why was Andi thanking me?
