My eyes blinked, I tried to let them adjust to the dimly-lit room. Trying to figure out where I was, I could feel myself tied to a chair. My hands tied behind me and my legs to the chairs’. What happened? Where was I before, and how did I end up here?
Someone laughed at my attempt to wiggle free, that laugh! Why do I know that voice?
“Carson?” I called out as cold shivers went down my spine when the laugh sounded so evil. He laughed louder at my jerk and constantly asked who was there. The next thing I know, the place lit up like it was Christmas morning.
