Author’s POV
“Did you send someone to kill me Aiden?”
His words shocked everyone present there.
Aiden had threatened to kill Travis in the morning. So Travis had good reason to suspect him.
Zander’s frown turned into anger when he heard Travis’s words. He had warned Aiden to not kill him.
Aiden’s frown deepened when he heard Travis’s question.
“What nonsense you are talking about?” he asked back, feeling a little offended.
Travis stared into his eyes for few more seconds, searching for any traces of lie but found none.
“If I find out it was you, I will make sure you regret the day you were born” Travis threatened coldly, just to check his reaction. Wanting to make sure that he is not lying. But he didn’t find any fear in his orbs.
