After ending the phone call I changed for the gym because I needed to be fit. I put on my bluetooth headset and played some music as I lifted my weights. It is at this time that I thought about how I would go about the committees' plan. "Perhaps this is my chance to drive my own machine.I will be able to treat Khloe appropriately as she deserves," I reason out. Time flied it was now 7:00PM I went for the shower before thinking what I will have for dinner. I went to the kitchen and once I had resorted to cook rice and a piece of meat still in the fridge I was disappointed to realize that the dishes were dirty. This turned me off (Ask every bachelor out there dirty dishes are one of our biggest stress ). So I decided to order some chicken pasta from Sands and wiches restaurant. 15 minutes later I heard my doorbell so I picked some money because am sure it was the delivery man. So after paying I headed to the sitting room to savour it's sweetness. Soon after I decided to watch a movie as I took some champagne. The movie was boring so I switched off my TV and headed for my bedroom. I logged in to the social media and nothing important was being discussed save for the gengetone generation displaying their excited mood about everything showbiz. I decided to call Khloe before retiring to bed. Unfortunately the call didn't go through so I left a goodnight message and off I went to slumberland. My alarm woke me up by 6 and I turned to flip my phone and once I unlocked the screen I saw Khloe's message excusing herself over why her phone was on voice mail. I put a call through to her before I slowly lifted my lazy bones out of bed. I did the norms before leaving my house for work. My mind was focused on how I would doctor the files to ascertain 100% expenditure of the allocation. That week was a busy one for me but on Saturday evening as I closed work I received a phone call from my boss " Hello Mr Peter I hope you are through with the plan ...the committee would like to meet at Luna Park Racecourse tonight so I suggest you be there at 6:00 PM. Bring your files with you, see you then," he finally said. So I picked all the necessary files before heading home for refreshment before heading for the meeting. By 6:00PM I was in the premises of Luna Park and funny enough the whole committee was present I was surprised was it that they were always punctual or was it because of their pockets? I hopped out of my car which according to me is the cheapest vehicle in the parking lot . I tuck my files safely as I head to a room they had booked. The decor was explicit and showcased how it is meant for the blue collar economy. The old men were busy sipping from their tumblers so a waiter came and asked me if I need anything to which I chose water. Funny right? It was because what was ahead needed calm moods. So we greeted each other formally as I removed my laptop and files and placed them on the huge table . "Good evening everyone I think we are now free to start since the person we have been waiting for is here. Mr Peter welcome you can now present your proposal," the governor said. I cleared my throat and then started ," Esteemed committee thanks for this opportunity to serve this board. So after what transpired on Monday I did my work diligently and here today I have a breakdown of the remaining figure of 5.2Billion as follows :

1-Winston Road works LTD was awarded a tender of 680 Million to renovate General Trump Road

2- Health insurance LTD was awarded a tender of 760 million to provide medicine for the next 3 years

3- Following CBA agreement with the workers we increased their salary by 15% for those earning above 100000 shillings and by 20% for those earning between 50,000-100000.while those below will get a 40% increment that brings the recurrent expenditure of paying county officials and workers to 3 billion for the next 1 year

4-Pandemic control and miscellaneous at 160 million .

Therefore out of the initial remaining figure only 0.6 billion remains which according to me we should return it to the national government kitty to avoid raising suspicion. Any questions?" I said with finality. The old men were awed at how intelligent this I was and they all agreed. Everyone stood to pat me in the back and hug him as we called for drinks to cheer up the mood.
