My heart was still racing. When the door was shut my hand went to my chest. I walked to the bed and sat down trying to calm my rapid breathing. My head felt light, my blood rushing through my viens. I sat in my room quietly looking out my window looking over the view of the ranch outside. Time went by fairly quickly, I looked at the time and saw I didn't have much time to get ready. I quickly styled my hair and put my clothes on. I put a small amount of make up on and stood infront of the mirror. I took a good look at myself and smiled gently. The woman staring infront of me I hadn't seen her for a long time. I couldn't remember the last time I actually felt this good.
