Julien and I raced through the woods, me using my vampire speed while he used his wolf form, to try to get out of the pack territory without alerting anyone to our desertion. Bastian doesn't want anyone to know yet that I am escaping my trial sentencing or that one of the next Alpha's is coming along with me into rogue territory. We didn't even tell Jasper about it, because we knew he would go against us with this plan...just as Bastian tried to go against us. He eventually agreed that it would probably be the best thing for me to leave now instead of waiting until I am recovering from birth before being exiled and being forced to leave alone then, since the council would definitely force me to leave without any help.
