EZIO’S POV
The Master has been using me as a puppet, and it was draining, but even though I get locked in a cage in my mind, I can still catch snippets of what is happening around me.
The Master not only wanted to break the prophecy, but they also had another plan for using Vida. They want to open the doorway between the two realms again to bring chaos to the human realm.
Thankfully, The Master doesn’t realise just how powerful Vida is. They still believe she hasn’t tapped into the power of the Firsts and, therefore, two of her mates were injured or killed in the last confrontation.
Still, The Master wasn’t satisfied. They wanted to completely annihilate Vida and all those around her, so The Master plans to send my puppet self and some of the other assassins to their home.
