Dressed in black, Luca slowly pushed open the door to Mia’s bedroom. He walked towards her bed and checked if she was sleeping. He looked on her bedside table and realized that she had taken the sleeping pills which he had exchanged with her antibiotics. He grabbed the empty pill sachet sliding it inside his pocket, he couldn’t allow any evidence to be left behind as he replaced it with an empty antibiotic sachet. Once more he had broken the medical ethics, but he didn’t have a choice. He put the black mask over his face, his black gloves and he glanced around the room wondering where he should start.
