Chapter Four 4 The hidden talent of Mrs Clarkson ll

David felt his pulse racing and he looks at her, he remembers his mother sitting down there playing the piano while he sat on her lap. He felt his eyes getting teary he stands up and leaves, he felt something he hadn't felt for a long time comfort. He found comfort in her music Emma was playing so beautifully and her piece seemed to trigger emotions, Aunt Daniela was already crying silently.

Emma's was playing with so much passion and when she was done she wipes her eyes that were a bit teary.

She woke up from her sadness when she heard Aunt Daniela clapping for her.

"That was beautiful what an extraordinary piece, I've never heard it before"she said

"Um i made it it's called Heartbroken tears in spring" said Emma with a hint of pride.

"It's so beautiful" she said.

"Apart from my sister Emily who passed away years ago I've never heard of any other unique piece like yours" said Aunt Daniela.

Emma realized that her so called husband has disappeared.

"Um where's David " she asked.

"He just left he doesn't look okay "said Aunt Daniela.

"I'll go meet him outside " she said following him.

"Wait" said Aunt Daniela holding her hand.

"Is there something wrong?" Emma asked.

"Um it's about David I'm entrusting him to you that child is deeply injured by his father's family and mistake I want you to take care of him and never let him get hurt heal his wounds don't mind his cold attitude he needs comfort, promise me that?" Said Aunt Daniela her eyes red.

"Okay I will I promise "said Emma running off. She sees David at a corner smoking

"David I mean Mr Clarkson are you okay?"she asked.

David gives her a stay away glance and throws the cigarette away.

"What's it to you?" He asked.

"I was just concerned about you the way you walked away is it because I brought out past memories im-

"I don't need your concern Emma we are not real husband and wife and we are not close to meddle in each other's affairs" he said.

Emma felt a sharp pain in her chest because of his words.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to I'll be in the car" she said in a broken voice and runs away like a fairytale princess.

David got himself back and was about to say something but she has already ran away.

"Damn it " he gritted through his teeth.

He goes to the car and sees Emma sitting down with a cold face and red eyes.

He wanted to say something to her but the words got stuck in his throat.

At home Emma stays in her room and then looks at the music piece she packs her stuffs and then prepares for tomorrow.

Emma steps into the plane and looks at H city one last time then her face turns cold.

"I'll be back soon and you'll all beg for mercy soon" she said, clenching her fists.

Emma spent months in music school and worked on her emotions and figures she put all her emotions into her music and became the best at her work.

Nine months Later

David was leaning against his car his hands in his jacket waiting for his faraway wife to come down from the plane.

A petite figure wearing a white dress and shades come out from the airport, in a long coat and flowing black hair that was decorated with a black beret. She stands in front of him. David felt a bit nervous and annoyed wondering where she was.

Emma takes off her shades and arranges her hair her face fierce and breathtaking.

David's eyes widened as he looks at the lady that was approaching him.

"What happened to her?" he wouldn't have recognized her if he didn't sees her eyes those almond eyes and when she grinned at him.

Every step was deadly and enticing as she walked towards him. David's heart skipped a beat at every step.

"Mr Clarkson"she said her voice was bolder.

David immediately comes back to his senses. "You always seem to surprise me Miss Emma" he said.

"London was a bit fun but it got to boring lately I decided to come back and have some fun"she said with a smile that was not a smile.

"Stop talking and get into the car, Auntie Daniela has been calling me nonstop waiting for you"he said.

"Husband hasn't changed one bit " she said getting into the car.

David's face changes and then he looks at the little figure in the car.

"This is not what I expected "he mutters to himself.

"Mr Clarkson you're the one wasting time now get in"she said poking her head out the window.

David felt uncomfortable sitting inside the car with the new version of Emma. He loosens his tie and opens the windows, "Is my perfume too strong?" She asked.

David glares at her and then he turns his face away.

"I just wanted to know "she said turning her face away.

They drove into Aunt Daniela's mansion and Emma gets out of the car and then sees Aunt Daniela waiting by the door.

"My favorite daughter in law is back" she yelled going to hug her. Emma smiles and hugs her "Hello Auntie I missed you made sure I made some snacks before I came back I know you would love them " said Emma.

"You see my daughter in law remembers me unlike some naughty sons who just came back from America and didn't bother to bring a gift" Aunt Daniela sneered.

"Maybe he forgot to you know he's always so busy" said Emma.

"You look so beautiful, and a bit too thin you were just like a pillow, where has all this beauty been hiding, hey brat you better hold unto this one before someone else snatches her away you know some men are so shameless and deceitful these days my daughter in law must be hungry come in I've prepared a lot of things for you " said Aunt Daniela dragging Emma inside.

David shakes his head and follows him inside he was surely going to go crazy with these two around.

It was dinner and Aunt Daniela kept picking food for Emma. "David why aren't your eating meat are you on diet too?" Aunt Daniela asked them she turns to Emma"You're so picky now eat some healthy food so you can conceive easily it's been a year and you two should give me a chubby baby" said Aunt Daniela. Emma's ears turned red and she starts choking again, David pats her back and gives her a glass of water.

"You too should spend the night here take the masters bedroom I had Gloria clean it up for you" said Aunt Daniela.

Emma's eyes widened "The masters bedroom " she said.

"Aren't you two married you two should have some time to yourself and have some fun together it's been years I feel for my son here " she said.

Emma was going to die and she looked at David with pleading eyes.

"Okay"he said nodding.

Emma smiles showing her teeth and her cheeks were red she steps on his foot.

"Don't worry you'll get your grandson soon but not tonight" said David with a smile.

"I'm so going to kill you" Emma mouthed to him her face ashen. David glares at her,

"Come now wifey you must be tired let's go upstairs" he said stretching out his hand In a teasing tone.

Emma smiles "Yes husband" she said holding his hand and they both go upstairs. As soon as they were far away Emma slaps his hand away, "What was that just now?" She gritted through her teeth. David says to and then closes the door "This wasn't part of the contract " said Emma freaking out.

David just looked at her "Be quiet I'm working out on it" he said to her.

"You can say there's an urgent meeting and go sleep in an hotel or something" said Emma.

"SNAP!!" There was a sound of door locking from the outside. Emma stops talking and they both look at the door, David's face turns darker he goes to the door and tries to open it.

"It's locked from outside Damm it " said David.

"She didn't just lock us in did she?" Emma said in shock.

" What do you think?" He said opening the cupboard and it was only one duvet.

"She played a fast one on us" said Emma and she unbuttons her shirt.

"Why does it feel so hot in here" said Emma, loosing more buttons .

David starts laughing "And you were eating like a little pig there, that wasn't ordinary meat" he said.

Emma felt like she had been struck by lightning.

"What tha hell why didn't you tell me" she said.

"It was already late " said David.

"This is unforgivable I'm stuck with you in a room and I'm in this condition stay away from me " she said running into the bathroom.
