She had a heart inspiration and motivation to answer the query she held at the time, because of that great speaker she learned a lot that could change her life. She made a hundred of words reason to felt that joy. Once again to proceed she flipped the paper to another page and read the question. The question was interesting. The question was about the leadership and it says "how to manage leadership" and she was like, "leadership?". She didn't expect that the exam would be that hard. Despite the fact that, at their school she was always choose to be a leader and so she also met alot of of other different leaders. She saw what's the difference between every leaders she encounter. They had their own different strategy, and wanted their work to be done so perfectly, so they'd always make sure that their workera are doing good and so as doing better than they what they've done before. Thay always make sure that they can always be shown at the top. But for her, she would never do that strategy and she has a great reason why, and it's because she thinks that they are wrong. Leadership is not about just about how you reach the top by managing your worker. Leadership was also about how you treat your worker as well. Cuz when you're leader and you push your worker on something they don't want or something that they can't, you couldn't reach the top. Your team would leave because you teat them poor. When you're leader you also need to find what suites on your workers, you can not just reach the top. It is like climbing at the mountain, maybe you can just walk but not always, somehow you need to climd, you need to craw. That's how you reach the top. She wrote down the strategy that she know. She used the strategy that she know that is good. She used to be her self without any help of others, without copying others strategy. She used to be wise than to be perfect.

After a minute of writing her answer she flipped the page once again. Suddenly a movement of something attracked her, she saw her classmate at her front, he's trying to get an answer from his classmate. He's peeking out through his side to see answers. The teacher came in as her classmate merged his self back so that he won't notice tho.

Quinn barely raised her hand to call her teacher, her teacher told her to stand and asked what's the problem while all of her classmates are looking at her. She told them her classmate at her front was copying the answer at her classmate ate his side and then her classmate who caught copying stood up and say "you just wanna blame me" he yelled at Quinn while their teacher reproved him. Her teacher stood up and checked their answers, her teacher didn't see any similar to their answered so the boy spoke "don't accuse of you don't have any evidence" she got disgraced while her other classmates where laughing at her because of embarrassment. She put her head down and sat on her arm chair, she just moved on and forget about it and started to read the third question of her test and it says, "what people do overgot when a person made a mistake?" She answered the question easily by just telling a story and it says "our nose was located right about our mouth, suppose that you didn't brush your teeth for three days, though this nose is right here it won't tell you, you have not brushed your teeth. The whole room would know you have not brushed your teeth but you will not know this is a human predicament. It is very easy to know what's wrong with someone or what's wrong with everyone. It takes a lot of observation to know what's wrong with this. That level of keenestwas of observation was missing in most people, they need to cultivate that. Despite the fact that although you know to yourself that you're innocent all people will accuse you wrong and never look for evidence for what is right. They always turn left cuz they don't see the right one, they act blind sometimes because they know that, that something wrong can give them what they want or something that can have a change, but that something right won't. That is how the world was spinning today. They live full of two-tongued stories. And we need to change that."

Sometimes people talk sh*t and tell lies after just to cleanse their name usually. But no wonder how could it affect the relationship between the person who talks sh*t and lies and to the victim. They sometimes doesn't even care at all. People tell lies and talk something vad when they know that they need to protect someone. Sometimes it can lead to jail or more than that. Nowadays people get liar and liar day by day, they got more evil and evil. Every moth thousands of people get murdered with witness and fifty percent of those witness won't tell the truth cuz they was afraid that someday they would be the next. Now tell me would you be the next when that suspect was on jail? Would you be the next when that suspect learn from jail? Society won't build peacefully if everyone would lie. You could lie but you could also tell the truth. Telling the truth can be considered as humanity and telling lies can consider as killing. Most of people don't know that but If you get closer you would see why. Look around, look at every people, they all lie, so as you. No matter how perfect you are, or no matter how loyal you are you did lie in different circumstances.

And for the fourth question "what was your own rule in your life?" A meaningful question, people could rule their own life, either bad or good. But the thing that Quinn ruled her own life hits so different. She said, "Most of people focus on one thing in their life, sometimes their passion, their dream or whatever they want and that was very opposite for my first rule, I never focus on only one thing but why? Cuz I know if I build a house and try to focus on it whole my life I could create a mansion, but if I did a house and build another house and build once again and upgrade them all, I could create my own world. Full of wonder. So that I could rule my own village, I never focus on one cuz in life everything was rushed, time was ongoing and world was spinning, I don't want miss even a single thing, I cherish them all and upgrade them all, every lesson in single normal day, I would always use it and that's why I would not focus on one, I would create my own world. "
