Third Person View  1455 hours   January 27  Tristan Ashryver Lombardi was born in the undiscovered realm of Phaxinia. A peaceful and prosperous realm which boasted an abundance of riches and a slow-aging process for its people, humankind was not able to find it despite their constant search and belief that they would. Despite being born into wealth and royalty, he wanted something else; a life filled with adventure, and maybe just a tad bit of love.   Being in the palace suffocated him. He was treated well, yes. But something about it all was just too overwhelming for him. His desire for freedom finally convinced him to go see a well-known sorcerer hidden deep in the marketplace.   He changed his clothes and told no one about it. And as he walked through the market place and under the night sky, he blended perfectly with all the commoners and subjects. The sorcerer told him surprising news about his future. He was told that he would find love and be loved. He was told that a great threat would try to shatter that love. And all of which wouldn't happen in Phaxinia, but it would happen in a realm called Earth.   When he arrived on Earth in the year of 2013, he was clueless of the culture and the people. Everything was so fresh and different to his Phaxinian eyes. The currency, the technology, the transportation and almost everything else. Nothing made sense to him but that didn't stop him from finding an adventure, and his forever love.  Because of how different Earth was, the prince had to change a lot about himself. His once long, golden hair was now cut to a short, suave length. And his once magnificent chromatic eyes had adjusted to the normalcy of Earth, making it a bright shade of sapphire blue. He was still beautiful, nonetheless. Tristan still kept his lean, muscular body and the way he spoke had also been changed. But other than that, he was still the same adventure-loving gentleman from Phaxinia.   Tristan didn't realize the satchel he brought, full of gold coins from Phaxinia, would be very, very worthy. After selling each and every one of them to an antique shop, Tristan became one of the richest people only under thirty. After acquiring money from his gold coins, he ran his own business company which eventually grew and became one of the largest multi-million companies all around the world.   He was now contented with his life and eventually focused more on his work than on finding his soulmate. And so he unwittingly forgot about her.  ~ • ~   August 2016   Three years had passed, but Tristan looked exactly the same as when he first arrived on Earth.   The sunshine warmed his face, and his hair shone like golden honey as he took a stroll in Birdsong Park. The sight children playing with each other made him happy. He had always loved children, they were never problematic or complaining how hard life was and had the littlest of adventures. They were just carefree and youthful.  He reached the lake where ducks swam, his favorite place in the world. A lush garden filled with tall, thick trees surrounded the lake, making it slightly hard to find.   Which was why he was surprised to see a girl. She was sitting down, feeding the ducks. Totally disregarding the 'no feeding the ducks' sign. The ducks quacked and swam towards the girl. "I don't think you're supposed to feed them, love," Tristan says to the girl with amusement laced in his voice. Her body jolts with surprise as she turned around to fully face him. Her brown doe-eyes grew wider as she stuttered, "Oh— uhm, sorry?" Tristan smiles at her as he sits a comfortable space away beside the raven-haired girl.   "So, why do you do it?" Tristan asks, curious. "I dont know. It's just— I dont think they get the chance eat often, so I come here every Wednesday to feed them," She replies. "I mean like no one or no thing deserves to be starved to death right?" She adds. Tristan gives her a chuckle of laughter, "I don't think they starve, love. They probably eat something in the water."   "Probably. But it wont hurt feeding them more right?" She says as she looks him in the eyes. Tristan gives her a smile. "No. I guess it wont hurt," He says.   "Here," The girl says and gives him a slice of bread. Taking a piece of bread, Tristan chucks it towards the ducks.  "So what's your name, may I ask?" Tristan pondered. "Chloe," She answers. He's heard that name before. In a dream, in a sigh of a distant song. "Tristan," He says, extending a hand to shake hers. There was something about her, something Tristan couldn't place a finger on. Something different, something strange . ~ • ~             Ariana Floyd was in The Reef, drinking her usual, a white russian. The stench of expensive alcohol filled her senses, but she was very much used to it. After all, she was a regular in The Reef. One will ask her, what problem is she drinking to now? Ariana was always drunk, she believed that drinking will ease all the pain in her black cocaine heart. She was never like this though, there was a time where she was full of life and there was still light in her ocean blue  eyes. Ariana took a last shot before stumbling out of the bar. She arrived at the white mansion 10 minuets after. Mr. Cohen, their butler was already outside waiting to help Ariana to her bedroom. "Oh, Mr. Cohen. Will you help me up to my bedroom?" Ariana asked. Mr. Cohen never comments on her drinking problem, he knew for a fact that the girl had way too many problems. Problems Ariana can never tell anyone. Ariana soon fell asleep in Mr. Cohen's shoulder, waiting for him to lay her on her bed. Mr. Cohen has been their butler for as long as she could remember, he practically raised Ariana and her sister. "Ariana, you ought to stop your drinking." Mr. Cohen whispers while laying her down. "No can do. It's a way to get rid of all the pain" Ariana says while tapping on her heart. Mr. Cohen simply nods and leaves the room. Shortly after, Ariana found herself to be in a deep sleep that she wished would last forever.
