It's been approximately two months since Natalia graduated from the FBI academy and she has been doing a lot of paper work and working in the computer department her specialty. But she was anxious wanted to work on a case already.” As I was looking at my computer screen on my desk my phone rang”.

“I hung up the phone and stared to fix my FBI attire, which consists of grey slacks, white button blouse and of course a grey blazer. Ever since I left my hometown of Boston I have been pretty much taking my frustration out on my body always running and doing exercise to clear my mind, I'm not gonna lie my body right now is toned”.

“Still having pent up memories of the past with my mom and my ex-girlfriend I did what anyone in their right mind would do, forget about it and bury it deep down somewhere in my mind where I don't have to think about it”. “As I stepped in the elevator going up to my boss's office, I walked out of the elevator walked down the hall and knocked on of my boss’ door”.

"Come in" said Agent Barton.

As Natalia walked in his office she saw he wasn't alone there was another agent with him.

"Sit down" said Agent Barton pointing to a chair next to the other agent. "This is Agent Rogers" he said, while I nod and extend my hand to Agent Rogers. "Nice to meet you" I said and sat down beside him.

"Okay the reason I called here Agent Allen is because we have an assignment for you, also you will be undercover" Agent Barton said.

"Now we verified your resume and it’s very impressive, you graduated top of your class in MIT in computer programming, you have helped us with our software and completed field and gun training with flying colors" said Agent Rogers.

"I try to do my best sir" Natalia said and Agent Rogers nods.

"Your hometown is Boston correct?" said Agent Barton

"Yes it is sir" Natalia said concerned.

"This would be your first assignment and you will be undercover as well. Now you will be doing exactly what you know how to do, you will be applying for position in The Company as Chief Supervisor in computer programming" said Agent Barton, he then looks at her, she nodded and smile.

"Now we did background check on you Agent Allen and verified that you haven't been to Boston since your mother died are you going to be okay going back there and do your job with no emotional interruptions?" Agent Rogers asked.

Natalia looked at him and tightened her jaw and smiled at him. "There should not be any problem sir, what is it you want me to do?" She said, as Agent Rogers stands up and grabs a file.

"We got an anonymous tip indicating that they are involved with money laundering in addition they are manufacturing bio weapons and selling them overseas", said Agent Barton.

Natalia widened her eyes and in shock “my mom used to work at The Company and they always did sponsors and internships for students. Also helped the community and helped the economy run. I guess never judge a book by its cover”.

"Your mission is to find out who is in charge and find any evidence that backs this tip. Now you will have a partner, he has already been debriefed and will be applying for a position in your staff. Which you will hire once you are picked yourself" Agent Barton said.

"Sir sometimes my computer skills may have to tend to do illegal things?" Natalia said.

"Let's just say as long as you discover who is in charge without blowing your cover use any means necessary" Agent Rogers said.

“I smiled and just imagined the possibilities of going in the network of the Company sounded fun. But in the back of my head I knew I had to do certain confrontations from the past that were not on my list”.

"You will be stationed in Boston the position is there in their main corporate buildings" Agent Barton said. Natalia nodded.

"Is there anyone that can blow your cover, it is your home town?" said Agent Rogers.

"I haven't been there for 4 years, but there is one person I'll make sure to contact her, it should not be a problem sir" Natalia said. “s**t, I said to myself knowing I have to see Michelle”.

"Ok it is settle then your partner will be meeting you in an hour so get ready he will pick you up okay?" Agent Barton said.

Natalia reached her apartment grabbed a suitcase and began to pack the essentials, all she could do is think that she would need to contact Michelle and it made knots in her stomach. She has not spoken to her since she told her to leave her alone. Natalia has checked on her through these past years. Which she learned that she owns a Bar n grills in Boston. Reading the ratings and blogs it was pretty popular at night, it would become a mini club. “Was I ready to actually talk to her and most of all see her?” “My heart started beating just thinking about her, Did I still love her? Would she even acknowledge me? My thoughts were interrupted by the doorbell”.

Natalia ran to the door, looking for an excuse to stop thinking about Michelle, when she opened the door there stood a handsome semi tall tanned Latino, he had black slacks with white button shirt and a black tie with superman logos in grey and a black blazer. He looked cute and for Natalia to compliment a man says a lot, it's rare but it happens. “I imagine for the straight girl he must be a good pick I would guess”.

"Hi my name is Agent Chris Ramos, nice to finally meet you partner", He said while having a goofy grin.

"Hey my name is Agent Natalia Allen and nice to meet you too" I said while moving out of the door so he could come in”.

"Ramos give me about 10 minutes and I should be ready ok?” Natalia said, he just nodded.

“About 20 minutes later I found myself going in the passenger seat of our black SUV and told Ramos wake me up when we get there. Four hours later and after a well-deserved nap I was awoken by Ramos. When I finally opened my eyes and looked out the window of the car seeing tall buildings. I looked at Ramos drowsy from my sleep, he had an excited grin his face”.

"Welcome back to Boston partner!" he said.

"Thanks I guess" Natalia said somewhat fearful.
