"it's feel like its been ages since i saw that girl Lilian despite my frequent visits to the forest especially the path where we had an encounter. Today as you know is Carl's birthday so we all are looking forward to it so I was heading to the Dean's office when I heard voices so I decided to take a look and there I saw Kathleen and Carl arguing proving me right about having an issue how interesting I said smiling. I hidded and watched the show they were performing and i notice that Carl has a thing for Kathleen wao how interesting but then Kathleen told him off and stormed off. I stared at Carl for a while who felt dejected before leaving but my thoughts were still thinking about what I just discovered."
" I left when school was over and headed home where mom was busy making preparations for tonight's occasion.
"Hi Mom I greeted as she turned facing me."
"Hey baby you are back she said giving me a hug."
"Yes Mom and love the decorations you are amazing you got taste. I praised her.
"Hahaha of course darling that's why your father couldn't live without me."
"Hahahaha okay yea I can see that. Ummm mom have you seen Carl?
"Nope I haven't neither have I seen Kathleen but wait what's happening with those two Nate? Should I tell her the truth? That her favorite son is in love with Kathleen but she turned him down I thought
"No no mom I don't have a clue what's going on with those two. Okay Mom let me go get ready for tonight it's almost time."
"Okay baby." Mom replied.
I left for my room to freshen up and prepare for today's program and I already invited few of my friends from school and they will be arriving in less than no time."After I was done getting ready, I headed downstairs to see a lot of people coming in already so I made my way to receive my friends who are already here.
"Hey guys glad you came."
"Of course we can't miss out on a good party Claude joked
"Of course you guys wouldn't come on let's get some drinks. We all got ourselves drinks and started a conversation when something or let me say an exclamation caught my attention."
"Wao Claude said looking at a particular direction."
"Excuse you? I asked Claude.
"Guys check this out Claude said pointing in the direction he has been looking and we all did same as I saw Kathleen descending the stairs."
"Isn't she the prettiest thing alive Claude said."
"Wao she is Dante seconded."
"She is the goddess of beauty Charles added."
"No she is the goddess herself Claude chipped in."
"Didn't know she could brush up that well Jane said."
"She has always been gorgeous just that you guys never noticed Claude said.
I just stared at her like a lost puppy and yes they were all right she was the most beautiful woman at this party tonight damn Nathan get of it she is not your type.
"Come on guys she is still the weak kitty so snap off it you all."
"You are just stupid and full of pride Claude said."
"I'm not she is nothing compared to the girls I've been with."
"Of course she is not for they can't withstand her perfection and beauty Claude said pissing me off.

"After a couple of speech and dinner, the party was in full swing. My friends were all having fun and could see Kathleen dancing with some guy she invited heard he is Mike hahaha and my poor brother is looking like someone ready to murder another poor him but I still couldn't get my eyes off her for a second.
"Thought you said she isn't your type said Claude" That startled me
"Excuse you?
"I've been staring at you all night and not once has your eyes left Kathleen."
"I don't know what you are talking about Claude."
"Nate you can pretend all you want but definitely tonight she got you real hard Claude said laughing and walked away.
Okay i can't Deny his accusations for they are true. Due the the distraction I lost sight of Kathleen so went in search of her and found her in the garden with Carl standing behind her I hidded to see what he is up to. They were discussing something then he later came before her saying stuffs which made her pull backwards but seemed she was trap and the next thing I saw was him kissing her. I felt a little hurt inside but brushed it off and left.
"I got back inside looking for my friends as the party was dying down cuz people started leaving.
"Hey there you are we have been looking all over for you said Jane."
"Went out for some fresh air so what's sup?"
"We are leaving so wanted to bid you farewell first Charles said."
" Ooh okay that's great thanks for coming guys I really do appreciate it."
"No thanks for inviting us Nate we really had a good time Dante said."
"Okay we will go ahead now Nate goodnight Claude said."
", Goodnight and you all take care. I walked them to the entrance where their cars were parked. They got in and took off while I headed back inside only to find Carl entering Kathleen's room. What are they up too? I followed and decided to ears drop.
"Hope you like it that was Kathleen talking."
"Words can't express how I feel right now princess Carl said."
"Happy birthday Carl Kath said."
"This gift you have given me is priceless and I will forever cherish it thanks so much for this princess Carl replied."
But what was the gift she has given to him that is making him that happy could feel it in his voice.
"Am glad you like it Kath said."
"I don't like it I love it princess carl replied."
"Ummm I will get going now once more thanks for this princess Carl said."
"You are welcome Kath replied."
Then I heard shuffling so I ran to my room before i get caught. I got to my room took a bath and laid on my bed with Kathleen on my mind. What was the gift she gifted him gosh I'm so dying to know that little piece of information but what's happening why am I so affected with all this is Claude right.....I'm I falling for her.....no no it can't be true I can't love that weakling no I can't with that I drifted to sleep.

"It's been a week since we all celebrated Carl's birthday. Mine and kath's birthday is a day after tomorrow clocking us 18th jezzzzz who could my mate be I'm so eager to know that. I was at the balcony when I saw Kath entering the house where was she.........I left going out of my room only to bump into her ."
"Hey watch it weakling I spat."
"No you watch it lopo for it wasn't me who came bumping into you she roared."
"Ooh the kitty got a tongue I said smirking as I made few steps towards her while she retreats but luck wasn't on her side as she collided with the pillar trapping her in between my arms."
"I am warning you Nathan don't do anything stupid."
"Oooow really but what if I do what will you do kitty I asked still smirking."
"Nathan let go now she warned."
"And if I don't what will you do little scaredy cat."
"I bet you don't wanna see what I can do Nathan cuz I promise you won't like it one bit she spat."
"Okay then do it shock my kitty I said that still smirking but then Kathleen did something unbelievable, she released herself from my hold and folded both of my hands behind me pinning it with my face to the wall taking me by suprise.
"Now you listen here this will be the last time you do such stunts cuz I promise you next time I won't be this gentle with you and mind you Nathan you are not my favorite person right now so if I were you I will stay off Kathleen's path." she let go of me and was about to step away but my statement stopped her."
"Wait how did you do that I thought...
"You thought wrong Nathan stay off with that she stormed of leaving me there dumbstruck. I was in deep thoughts when Carl startled me."
"Hey bro everything okay with you?
"Ahhhhh ha yeah yeah everything is okay."
"Hmm but your worried face says otherwise Nate."
"Carl am fine." I said a little irritated for what is his issue.
"Okay if you say so. Have you seen princess around?
"What am I, her babysitter I asked a little annoyed."
"Ummm no didn't mean it that way it was just a question Nate why getting angry over it?
"Nothing." I said and stormed off for I was already pissed what's up with him goodness.
