CHAPTER XX - GAME!

We went to the our room with four beds. It was not awkward for me to be with them. I felt secured with my brother. I changed my clothes but when I looked at it, it was changed into a blue night dress. Its design was Bohemian like. May be, my older brother was planning something. Kai was right. He was proving something about us.

I went out of the bathroom drying my hair. I saw my brother Seravy smirking while Haji dropped his food at the floor. I saw Kai’s serious face, looking away at me.

“This is all your fault, brother Seravy.” I came near at him and I wrung his neck with my arm. He tapped my arm many times and Haji tried to stop me.

“I can’t breathe.” My older brother gasped for air.

“Just stop this nonsense things. I’m not used to dress like this,” I angrily said.

“Okay. I’ll give you my extra clothes.” He offered and I freed him.

“Okay, thanks.” I smiled for a victory. He gave me his baggy shirt and his jogging pants. It made me more comfortable because I could move well.

“Let’s play jenga puzzle.” He clapped his hands many times. He was really happy to see me annoyed by him. I rolled my eyes and I gave them their snacks. Kai was seriously looking on his cellphone while my older brother and Haji was fixing the jenga puzzle.

“C’mon. The two of you,” my older brother said while he was giving us signal to go to him. I groaned and I sat next to him. I started eating some cookies and crackers.

“Let’s play truth or dare. Instead of using the bottle, we’ll use this.” he explained. “C’mon, Kai. Let’s play.” Kai looked irritated. I think he was not playing this kind of game.

We played it for ten minutes and it fell. Haji looked on the scattered pieces of jenga puzzle and he smirked.

“Dare,” he said seriously.

“Oh, yes. I know it. Hug me, please,” my older brother requested with his puppy eyes.

“Yuck!” Haji exclaimed.

“Or just hug Sae?” my older brother asked. Haji came to me and hug me at my back and he freed me so quick. I noticed that Kai was not really interested with this kind of game.

“Boring game,” my older brother whispered. He clapped his hands once and he added, “Let’s drink this.” He put out a bottle of whiskey and he gave us the mechanics of the game.

“I will ask a question then, you’ll answer me. If you can’t, just stay in the bathroom for five minutes plus, you need to take a shot of this.” My older brother lifted up a shot glass of whiskey.

“Game!” Haji exclaimed. My older brother gave the shot glass to Haji and he asked a question.

“Do you have a crush on my sister?” he frankly asked. I felt uncomfortable with his question and I think he was trying to spill the truth.

“No.” Haji answered and he passed the shot glass to Kai. “Have you ever fall in love with someone?” I was surprised with his question and I saw Kai looked at him.

“Yes.” He answered calmly and he passed the shot glass to me. He remained silent for a second that made me feel nervous.

“What is your favorite cartoon?” he asked without looking at me. My older brother laughed at him while holding his stomach.

“Spongebob Sqaurepants,” I answered shyly.

“Too childish,” my older brother whispered. I passed the shot glass to him and he seemed to be serious.

“Who is your first love?” I teased him. I saw my brother with a dimmed face and he drank the shot of glass. He went to the bathroom for five minutes and he returned with a smile after.

“Who is your first love?” my older brother asked to Haji. Haji drank the shot of glass and he went to the bathroom for five minutes. “I think nobody will spill it out.” He laughed heavily.

“Who is your first love?” Haji asked Kai. I felt nervous when he remained silent.

“She was a kid when I met her and I don’t remember her name.” He passed the shot glass to me. My older brother and Haji just laughed when they looked at me. My heart was pounding to his answer and I wonder who she was.

No, I was not interested to her. Why would I be thinking of his first love?

“Who is your first love?” he asked seriously. I felt my sweaty hands to tremble. I shyly looked at Haji and brother Seravy. Why did I ask such a question like that?

“I don’t know if I met someone.” I hesitated. My older brother looked at me with a questioning look and a playful smile.

“Spill it out.” He playfully whispered to my ear. I slapped his arm and I frowned looking at Kai.

“Who was your first heart break?” I asked my brother and he just stared at the whiskey. He drank the whiskey and he went to the bathroom.

“Get ready, Sae.” Haji laughed a little. “He will take revenge on you.” I felt goose bumps on my neck. Why did not I think about it? I was doomed.

My older brother got out and he was smirking secretly. He asked the same question to Haji and he answered, “When my favorite dog passed away.”

We laughed out loud when Haji confessed that to us except for Kai. He seemed to be serious. He was thinking deeply while eating the cookies.

“Your turn. Same question.” Haji smiled at him.

“When she left me after I saved her,” he seriously answered. He passed the shot glass to me and I think it was the same question again so, I answered him without his question.

“If you would ask me who was my first heart break, I think that I didn’t have,” I confidently said with a smile. I saw how serious the three men looking at me.

“Let us only drink this whiskey. Let’s see who will stand until the last drop.” My older brother offered and he put out another bottle of whiskey. “I was afraid that this would turn into deep questioning.” He chuckled and so, we drank the whiskey.

After thirty minutes, I felt dizziness and before I put the shot glass of whiskey to my mouth, Kai got it from my hand and he drank it. I was surprised when he drank another shot.

“Take it easy.” My older brother was drunk and he fell on the floor. I looked at Haji and he just fell on Kai’s shoulder.

“I feel bad.” Haji groaned and Kai pushed him to the ground. The two of them fell asleep. I tried to carry them to their respective beds and I put the blankets properly. I saw Kai who finished drinking the last bottle of whiskey. I felt that my muscles became weaker as I felt tired carrying the two.

Kai fell asleep on the table and I carried him on my arms but he was heavy. I could not control his weight. I supported him not to fall down to the floor. I put my right hand on his chest and I started to walk with him. We went out of balance when a piece of jenga puzzle was on my foot. I fell down to the floor with him on my top. I felt his hot breaths on my chest. I moved slowly but he could not be moved.

I felt my heart was beating rapidly. I wish that he could not hear it and I think that this was just nervousness. My hands became shaky and my knees went weak. I pushed him to my left side and I was successful. I took a deep breath but before I stood up, his hand accidentally landed to my right breast. I felt him squeezing it slightly. I quickly removed his hand and I stood up. I felt the rushing sweats on my forehead, neck and arms. I pulled him to his bed and I tried to carry him again on my arms.

“You’re really heavy.” I whispered. He stopped me from laying him down to his bed. I walked backwards and I felt the wall on my back. He cupped my face and the light went off. I closed my eyes and I covered my chest with my arms.

The room went dark when I opened my eyes. I saw the shadow of his face near an inch to my face. He made a nose to nose and he slowly bent his face. I pursed my lips together and I closed my eyes. I felt his lips landed on my lips. He started to move his soft lips and I was stunned at my place.

Tell me that this was not happening. I panicked as he pinched my right cheek that made my lips parted. This was not really a dream. Oh, no! I was having my real kiss.

I felt the softness touch of his lips to my lower lip and he gently tasted my upper lip. My heart was racing rapidly that made my whole body trembling. I stopped breathing and let him to kiss me. He stopped for awhile that made me gasped for an air. I pushed him forcibly, punched him and he fell down to the floor.

I went quickly to my bed and I covered myself with my blanket. I touched my lips and it seemed like his lips was still on mine.

Stop it, Sae! This was just a dream. I pinched my nose and this was not a dream. I was not able to sleep because of that kiss – real kiss.

I closed my eyes and tried not to think about what happened but I could not get over with it. My heart was still racing rapidly. I think that I would have a heart attack. This was not really happening! I messed my hair while thinking about it.

My first kiss was Kai. My first real kiss was Kai.

It was completely rewinding on my head. I think that I should not sleep. I need to guard myself. This was the fault of my older brother. I hate it! I hoped that I did not allow him to go to this beach. I feel wronged but I think that it was an accident.

Wait, what if Kai would remember it? May be, he would think that it was just a dream. Yes, he would think that it was really a DREAM.

Tomorrow, I should not panic.

Tomorrow would be just another day with my childish older brother.

I groaned while trying not to think about the kiss. It was making me feel uncomfortable. It would be awkward if I see him.

I wish that this would be the end. I remembered what he said that I should never fall in love with him. Never!

Please, be calm, my precious heart. Please, give me a good luck. I started to try sleep and everything went well.
