The princess dragged her feet to the limo waiting in front of the palace. Her sisters had kept her up all night and she hadn't felt the tiredness then but she felt it now. Weighing down her mind and body.
As the guard opened the door of the limo and greeted the princess, the princess greeted back. Smiling at him before lowering herself into the limo filled with the princes. She rolled down her window as soon as the door closed and waved to her sisters.
Diana had tears running down her cheeks and was wiping at them with a napkin while waving at her. Claire was sniffling, the tears glistening in her eyes as she waved slowly. Her wave showing exactly how sad she was and almost making princess Amelia give in to temptation and run out of the car to hug them.
The guards wouldn't have been too happy about that especially because the princesses had stayed the night up, talking, drawing and cosplaying to remind themselves of the good times. And lastly, there was princess Ella who waved properly filled with confidence and support making up for her two other sisters weak attempts at a goodbye.
Ella knew that Amelia would need as much support as they could give her and being the oldest she found it easier to keep a reign on her raging emotions after all she had hugged Amelia while the girl had slept for a good three minutes in her arms.
As the car drove away the princess pulled the window back up sighing as she turned to the princes who were either staring at the Window or at one another, while Prince Joshua and Lance were both staring at the princess with sympathetic looks.
Deciding to woman up the princess smiled at them and as they smiled back, she made up her mind deciding that it wouldn't be too bad. She just had to get along with them and be a good girl maybe if she was extremely nice the queen would hear about it and bring her back earlier. With new found energy the princess beamed her tired and bored look morphing into one of sunshine and rainbows.
"We haven't been introduced properly, I'm Levi, it's a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance."
The blue-headed prince spoke up noticing the exchange between the princess and his two younger brothers.
"I'm Amelia and it's a pleasure to meet you too, I hope we can put the weird circumstances behind us and get along."
The prince smiled slightly nodding his head in reply as Joshua took this as the chance to speak up.
"I'm Joshua! The youngest, 13 actually."
He cleared his throat deepening his voice as he stated his age.
"This is Lance the one who usually gets into arguments."
The prince that Joshua pointed to being the one who had supported princess Amelia's point of view in front of the heads, snorted.
"I just speak my mind it's not exactly my fault that people take the truth too hard."
The princess smiled at that as the two princes glared at one another making prince Levi clear his throat.
"Behave."
They both sighed turning away from the other. Joshua pouted while lance rolled his eyes, after staying in his position for a minute or two, prince Joshua scooted closer to Amelia grinning widely.
"Do you like ice cream?"
"Yes."
"Which flavor?"
He asked quickly smiling at the princess showing his perfectly aligned front teeth.
"Chocolate with a slight tint of Vanilla"
The princess replied without a second thought as the prince grinned even wider.
"I like peppermint."
"I know it's impolite to ask but we haven't been told your age."
"16 years."
The princess replied making all the other princes give her a glance.
"Levi here is 18 and Lance is 17."
The princess nodded slightly confused as to why they were giving her that information. Noticing the look at her face another one of the brothers spoke up.
"Good day your highness I'm prince Holland, and since none of us have had a proper introduction I'll help you get to know all of them. I'm 19."
The princess smiled at the prince knowing that she didn't have to repeat her own introduction as everyone in the car had already probably heard her.
"This is Jack the oldest, he's 20. This is Jace, right after jack he's 19, then there's me 19 as well. This is Levi, he's 18. This is Ace he's the first quadruplet and 17, followed by Lance, Landon, and Jacob. This is Claud he's 16, Brian and Derek are 15-year-old twins and then there is Joshua, 13."
The princess nodded waving to all the princes as the prince introduced them. The drive was going to be long and the princess wanted to catch some sleep on her way there but now she had realized that there was no way to sleep in the presence of 12 other people in the car.
She sighed a little depressed by the thought but nonetheless let her eyes closed and without knowing it she drifted off to wonderland.

"Man there are so many bumps in this road!"
Prince Joshua whined but his whining was cut short as the princesses head landed on his shoulder. He froze on spot before slowly turning to her realizing that she was asleep.
"She's asleep."
He whispered to his brothers who directed their attention to her temporarily.
"And you like stating the obvious, next."
Brian spoke up making Joshua frown.
"You're a meanie."
He pouted as prince Holland's gaze transferred to the sleeping beauty wondering how she simply let her guard down like that. Her neck was exposed as she laid her head on Joshua's shoulder.
The blood rushing through her carotid artery sounded in all of their ears and Holland noticing this quickly exchanged places with Joshua. He was the most controlled one amongst all of them and he knew that leaving her defenseless while she slept wouldn't do her any good especially if one of the younger ones was to lose control.
A vampire learned how to control their urges along the way however seeing as Joshua, Derek and Brian along with Claud were still underage, he had to be on guard. After the age of 18, a vampire had somewhat control against his inner demons and the ones close to 18 were also well under control but there were moments where they would lose their cool as well.
Jack and Jace had shifted their positions as well and had scooted closer to Holland. They knew the quadruplets wouldn't pose a great danger but at the same time, they couldn't ignore the hungry stare that nearly all the other princes except Levi and themselves, had on their faces.
"Calm down you guys."
The quadruplets were the first ones to look away whereas the younger four just stared quietly.
"You good?"
Prince Jack questioned and after a few minutes, the younger princes nodded making him sigh.
"How are we supposed to give her all the information?"
Jacob questioned one of his eyebrows lifting.
"We can let it flow simply, besides the longer it takes the longer we don't get to go to school."
Prince Levi suggested making the older brothers nod.
"it's unfair how You three have nothing to worry about?"
Prince Landon stated making the three older princes sigh.
"We have to send regular reports back home and we also have to make sure you don't do something too dangerous."
Prince Jack replied folding his arms in front of his chest.
"it's not like we need supervision."
Prince Derek who had been silent the whole time spoke up finally.
"He's right."
The others agreed.
"Look, guys, let's not start this now even we will be under supervision I'm sure that's what the guards are for, so how about we all calm down. Okay?"
The younger ones nodded while ace and Lance stared at them with bored looks.
"He is right, it's not like they haven't done something to land themselves in this situation."
"What do you mean?"
Jace asked offended, of course, he knew what Landon Said was true but it would hurt his pride if he agreed. Landon scoffed while rolling his eyes.
"You know exactly what I mean."
He grumbled in reply to which Jace was going to retort but the limo came to a stop. Holland sighed in relief when it did as it meant that he didn't have to deal with the 2 bickering children.
One by one the princes got out, Holland waited till they were out of sight before shaking the princess awake.
"We're here your highness."
Amelia slowly and slightly parted one of her eyes, hollands face coming into view instantly.
"I... fell asleep?"
Holland chuckled at her sheepish expression before stepping out of his side and opening the door for her to step out. Like a true gentleman.
"Thank you."
The princess grinned to which the prince smiled leading her toward the huge mansion. The fountain that stood right the middle of the front perfectly mowed lawn, had crystalline water. Which wasn't unheard of as the Land of Phoenix was popular for its legendary past battles the battles being a cause for the waters state.
