As the lids were lifted  off the treats princess Amelia's eyes zeroed in on all the desserts,  beckoning for her. She had to force down the sudden urge to simply do  what she usually did when treats came Up. Set a proper tray for herself  with at least one piece of every kind of sweet available and if she  liked the taste she could take another one. However now with so many  people in the room, royalties, and strangers at that, she couldn't dare.  It would probably mean having her mother give her an earful. And she already knew  that was something she would get when her mother had the garden checked  over again. There were professionally trained gardeners that came to  look over the Royal Highnesses special Garden, one where permission was  required before entering. The checkups were monthly as they prepared the  system for the flowers accordingly. Lately, the Queen had  discussed with the Princess about wanting a Garden filled with Red  flowers, of every type and kind. She just made it easier by painting all  the available flowers Blood red, the colour fascinated her at times and  she couldn't help but perform her act precisely otherwise she would  land in another painting class. something she was going to ignore all  over again. As the lid of the tray  before her lifted her favorite sweets were revealed, she had to gulp down  the urge to lift the chocolaty delights and just swallow it whole.  Princess or not chocolate was always her favorite, especially this one. A butler however beat  her to it, as all the others served their respective bodies her butler  served her with her favorite treats along with at least one piece of all  the others. She glanced up at him curious to see who knew her way of  eating and saw the butler give her a knowing smile which she returned  with a kind one from herself. Everyone tasted their  treats as if testing for poison whereas princess Amelia simply popped  one in her mouth and chewed on it trying her best not to create a mess. "We've come to a decision." The princess wanted to  roll her eyes at the royal heads terrible timing but she couldn't, as  that would be considered disrespectful. The heads took their seats at  the corners of the table all of them also being served by butlers. After a while when all  of the treats were dealt with and the table cleaned the Queen (Amelia's  mother ) cleared her throat gaining the attention of all the others  seated on the table. "How about you three go on?" Nodding all three of Amelia's sisters got up and took their leave making Amelia sigh as now she was the only girl in the room. "We've decided to send  you to the land of Phoenix, where you'll all be staying together in the  mansion we have constructed, along with that we have also arranged for  anything and everything that you might need. And before you ask, no you  will not be allowed to go outside without permission and if you do  decide to venture out of the perimeters of the mansion you'll have to  face severe consequences." The princes and Amelia  stared at the royal heads as if they had suddenly grown wings, however,  their confused looks had the heads sighing. "I'm sure you've realized that we can't risk your lives as the result will be catastrophic." "Yes." The princess was the first to reply making all royals turn to her. "Then you must also be able to understand why we are doing this?" "Not quite." Princess Amelia was the only one speaking up from the 13 people seated at the table before the heads. "No argument will be  taken lightly Amelia and as terrible as it may seem to you we have made  our decision. And no alterations can be made now, you will depart tomorrow morning at 6:00 AM and I expect punctuality." The princess had to fist her hands to keep herself from trying to reason in an impolite way and instead give a nod. "I am afraid I have to agree with the princess on this matter Your Highnesses." Prince Lance interjected as he was equally astonished by the thinking of the leaders. "Whereas I understand your reasoning I find your decision quite unsatisfactory on the receiving end." "I'm pleased to know that you speak your mind young prince, yet we cannot and will not change our decision for any reason." Amelia's father spoke  up, all heads had turned to him except princess Amelia's as she chose to  glance at prince Lance. The red headed prince was, in fact, the only  person in the room who seemed to even care the slightest for their  future. The princess raised her hand just like she was taught to when speaking in the presence of numerous people. "Yes, Amelia?" "How long will we have to endure this tortu- decision." The princess quickly rephrased her sentence, but everyone in the room already knew what she was going to say. "Great question young princess, a year will be the time that we have agreed upon." Amelia's eyes widened to the size of saucers as the princes father replied. "Now then, if all the  questions are over let's continue with the rules, you mustn't like I  mentioned before leave the mansion at any cost. You will all eat your  food together in the dining room of the mansion, you must make sure that  none of you get injured and most of all, you all must get along with  one another, no complaints of fights or arguments should reach us and in  case someone is injured we must be informed immediately. Is that  clear?" "Yes, your highness." All of them replied sighing under their breath. "Will we have devices with us?" "If you meant your  phones or internet, then no. Which reminds me, in case you want to  contact us you must write a letter or use another means that most of you  are already aware of." At the second part of  the sentence queen Rebecca turned her gaze towards her sons, aiming the  suggestion at them. The princes nodded in response while prince Joshua  pouted. "The guards will be  present there at all times to make sure nothing goes wrong, however,  there will be no maids or butlers to serve you. You have been raised  responsibly enough to be able to hold your self up in moments of  hardship and that's exactly what you can take this as." As the queen finished  all of the heirs in the room stared at them confused. No maids or  butlers, how will they get their food? As if hearing their thoughts  Amelia's father spoke up answering their question. "Your food will be taken care of by us and you will be attending school as well." The princes understood, however, Princess Amelia didn't, but she didn't ask Instead she sighed not caring enough to ask. "Princess Amelia you can head out, if you like." Not wasting any time the  princess stood up and walked out, her hands fisted tightly enough to  make her knuckles go white. The royals noticed this but didn't speak up  about it as the princess hadn't mentioned a reason and they weren't  going to ask her for it either. As the princess was out of earshot the kings spoke up. "You all know the rules,  you will control yourself to the best of your abilities and before  taking her to school you must tell her everything." "Everything?" Prince Holland questioned and the king nodded. "Everything." "Can't you guys just tell her?" Prince Brian spoke up, his tone stating exactly how bored he was. "We could. however we won't risk it, the princess will surely put up a fight against going if, we tell her now." "She doesn't seem like someone who can put up much of a fight." Prince Landon commented,  if the princess would've been there she would've given the prince a  demo of exactly how hard of a fight she could put up. The queen sighed  thinking the exact same thing. "Other than that, I hope we don't have to remind you guys to keep your needs in check?" "You don't have to worry  about that part, mother, if we do in fact end up in a complicated  situation we will warn you immediately but we all already know the  consequences of losing control." Prince Jace spoke up a bit offended with the heads acting towards them as if they were immature kids or newborns. "Alright then, I'll take  your word for it. You can take your leave the Butlers will guide you to  Your rooms and you will leave tomorrow morning. Understood?" "Yes Your Highnesses." The butlers led the  princes to the guest quarter of the palace. On their way there they ran  into princess Amelia -who was ready to jump out of the window- "Running away won't help your highness." Prince Levi spoke up making the princess sigh dramatically not seeing a point in paying any mind to them at the moment. "I'll be back by midnight, just going out to check on a few people. You can inform the queen if you like." She said directing her  second phrase to the butlers who nodded immediately one of them left to  tell the queen while the others carried on. The princes however  stuck around for a minute longer watching princess Amelia jump out the  window and disappear into the trees of the garden. Sighing they continued  following the butlers and were led to a special quarter where they were  to stay for the night. As the butlers took their leaves the princes  entered finding their things to already have been placed in their  labeled rooms. The rooms all in their  own resembled small penthouses. They returned to the center of the  quarter, all of them in more comfortable clothing. To have a chat...
