Chapter Twelve: Admit Your Feelings

"Seungmin? What are you doing here?" I asked, making sure he hasn't noticed Christopher was sitting on the couch. "I came over because Hyunjin told about what happened earlier." He explained to me a grown left my lips, "You too." I mumbled under breath, "What do you mean by that?" he asked. I took a glance at Christopher, "Hyunjin told Christopher too." I said to him with an apologetic look. "Wait, Chris is with you right now?" he asked above a whisper irritated by the thought of Christopher. I nodded my head.

"Great, just great, " he whispered, pacing back and forth. "Has he said anything?" he asked, "No, he hasn't; why?" I fibbed he let a sigh of relief out. "Good because I want to be the one to tell you first, not him." he murmured. I gazed at him in a daze, and a small sigh left my lips. "I'll see you later." He said, leaving. I wanted to follow him, but I didn't want to leave Christopher. What's wrong with me? I walk back inside, closing the door.

I sat down next to him, "Did something happened?" Christopher asked. I shook my head. "No, it's getting late. You probably have things to do tomorrow," I said; he let out a small chuckle. "Till when I see you again, " he said, standing up, I felt a blush slowly appear on my cheeks; I walk him out of the apartment. I look at him with a shy look, "I'll see you around." I said, placing my hands in the back pockets of my jeans. Christopher flashed a smile. "Are you free Sunday morning?" he asked. I stood there in little  thought and shook my head, "I think so, yeah." I said, "Well then, see you on Sunday." he said before leaving. I grin from ear to ear like a fool before stepping back inside my apartment.

I grab my textbooks and journals, it' 7:30 pm which means study time. I sat leg crossed on the carpet floor at the coffee table, I opened my laptop and login in. A soft sigh escaped my lips as I kept glancing at my phone, what was I waiting for? A call? A text? I lost my mind...was I really expecting a call from Christopher? Maybe a text? No, Mitzi have you gone mad? Stop just stop thinking about him and focus on studying. I shook my thoughts away and kept studying. I let out a groan and place my head on the coffee table, I kept my gaze on the clock as it ticked. My eyes began to softly close.

8:30 am

I stood next to Doyeon as the others were saying their farewells to Seungmin, "I still can't believe it." Yena said with a small sigh "Guys relax it's only for two weeks which will pass by fast." Seungmin said with a chuckle leaving his lips. Doyeon nudged my waist slightly, I glance at her "What?" I asked she rolled her eyes and looked at Seungmin "I mean we all know who really needs to talk to Seungmin." Doyeon said pulling Felix away from the others, they all seem to know what Doyeon meant that they left me alone with Seungmin. I cursed at Doyeon in my head, "Are you going to be okay?" I asked he gives me a small smile "Yeah I'll be fine but I'm worried about you." He said I let out a chuckle and looked at him with a stern gaze. "Why worried? There's nothing wrong happening. Besides you should just focus when you get there." I said a sigh left his lips. "Well then please care take of yourself while I'm gone." He said pulling me into a tight hug, I wrap my arms around his waist. "Don't worry too much." I whispered he let's out a chuckle "I'll make sure to call you when I have time." He said I smiled "Okay." I said as we pull away from each other. The others walk back over to us "You two done?" Changbin asked I look at him and nodded, "Well I'll see you all soon." Seungmin said pulling Doyeon into a small hug. 

"YAH! Seungmin! You better call us and forget to call Mitzi or else!" Jeongin warned Seungmin we all bursted into fits of laughter. We watched Seungmin walk through the gateway, I felt Doyeon wrap her arm over my shoulder "Well let's all go eat, I'm starving." She said walking towards the exit of the airport. I follow them through the exit, "Mitzi, you are coming to the gathering on Monday right?" Minho asked I look at them "I don't know, there's some things I gotta do. But if I got time I'll be there." I said Doyeon and Felix were the ones that dragged me to airports because Doyeon thought I was gonna regret not seeing Seungmin for one last time, she can be pretty dramatic sometimes. "Alright then let's go eat." Felix said unlocking the car, I slipped inside. I lean my head against the window and sat in deep thought. 

What are my feelings for Seungmin? What about these feelings I have for Christopher?  Is it normal to have mix feelings for the both of them? Ugh why can't I just admit my feelings! RIght that's because I'm still so lost and confused. 

"Mitzi?" I look up at Felix "Yeah" I said "You have been quiet for the whole ride," he said a sigh left my lips "It's nothing to be honest." I said We look to see Doyeon was talking to some guy by the cashier. "You know I never seen Doyeon being interested in any guy," I said placing my chin on the palm of my hand. "Well that's Doyeon, she's just looking for the right one." Felix said as we look at the menu that sat in front of us "What are you gonna get?" He asked I chewed on my bottom lip "Hmm, I'll go for the banana crepe and a green apple mango smoothie. " I said closing the menu "Crepes? Oh that's new, I guess I'll have the strawberry one." He said Doyeon sat down next to Felix "So have you guys already order." She asked "Not yet." I said she picked up the menu and scanned it thoroughly. "You know what I just noticed, that guy sitting at the table by the entrance was also at the airport but I guess it's just coincidence." Doyeon said looking away from the stranger her words made Felix and I take small glances at the stranger. 

"Doesn't he attend Seoul National University?" I asked looking at Doyeon she close the menu "I think so hmm, not sure." she said a waiter came by "Good morning folks what can I get for you?" the waiter asked "I'll have the banana pancakes with a strawberry smoothie." Doyeon said I look at the menu once again, "She'll have the banana crepe with a green apple mango smoothie, and I'll have the strawberry crepe with a banana smoothie." Felix said handing the waiter his menu. "Alright I'll be back with your food." The waiter said taking the menus with him. "Now that you mentioned he does goes to the same university as us, but I think we have in one our classes." Doyeon said in deep thought "Oh, I know now." She said a little to excited, Felix gave her strange look "Keep your voice down Doy," He said Doyeon leans in "That's David Kim, the quiet kid in Professor Jung 's class." She whispered "The quiet one? The one people say he's weird and strange?" I whispered "Yes that one."Doyeon said as a waitress came over with our drinks. 

"Here are your drinks, one a green apple, mango smoothie,one strawberry smoothie, and one banana smoothie." the waitress said placing the drinks on the table. "Your food be here in a bit." the waitress said leaving, I grab my drink and dip a straw inside. "SO have you talked to Chris?" Doyeon asked sipping her smoothie, "Uh yeah actually he swinged by my apartment last night and spent about a good two hours talking that's pretty much it." I said sipping on my smoothie. "Uh huh, cool." She said I look at the time on Felix's watch 9:00 am. "I'll be right back." I said excusing myself before walking to the ladies room. I walk in to see one stall was available, I rush inside the stall and lean against the wall. I let a small sigh out before pulling my phone out and  speed-dialed Laura "Hey M! How are you?" She asked I smile "Hey Laura, I'm fine. Anyways could you tell the kids that I'll be home in December and that I miss them very much ." I said "Of course I will and they miss you as well." She said "Oh I gotta go talk to later." She said before hanging up, a sigh leaves my lips. 

"Hey you okay?" Doyeon asked a I sat down, "Yeah I'm fine don't worry." I said with a small smile the waiter came with our food. The clock hit 10:00 am, during breakfast we spent talking about so much things that eventually Felix and I became good friends. "Listen Doy, if Mitzi doesn't know what her feelings for Seungmin are then let her be, everyone can get confused by their but sooner or later they'll admit their feelings just give her time." Felix said with a chuckle I smile. "Thank you, see Doyeon. I'll eventually understand my feelings and you'll be the first to know alright." I said as I finished eating the crepe. 

I guess Laura was right, I should just relax and enjoy myself while studying here in Seoul. And maybe I'll realize my feelings if I keep trying to understand them.
