We know , c***s and hens usually filled a mouthful of water and then looked up at the sky before gulping it. The bear was eager to know why the c***s and hens did like that he asked them the reason for it. The c***s and hens replied ," water is a gift of God the almighty. Hence , after every mouthful of water we look towards heaven to thank God. This has been our custom from generation to generation. The bear burst out laughing after hearing this explanation. He also dis as the Fowls did after drinking water. It was only to make fun of the practice of c***s and hens. Suddenly one of the c***s became angry and he said ,"you are a stranger . So we forgive you. When a set of people or animals follow a certain custom, noble ones would respect it and only the mean ones would make fun of it. Now it is clear that you belong to the mean class". Thus the moral in the story is that Do not make fun of the custom of others.
