Unbroken Dreams

Month of March, Saturday morning, I was on my bed when I open my eyes as the warm sun rays touche my skin and I realized that I might be still dreaming, I really don't want to wake up but I was awake. It was an angel calling me but I can't barely see his face for he is far from me. I remember the house where I was so happy together with my deceased uncle and there was a boy calling me, he says "Don't be afraid my little sunshine I will find you". My heart was full of Joy as I hear he says those words, it feels like I'm longing for someone for so long. As I open my eyes with rolling tears, It breaks my heart when the truth tells me It was a dream, only in my dreams. Anticipate that I knew who the boy was. I slowly stood up on my bed And looking at my window, reminiscing every single memories of my dreams. That I don't want to forget but I forgot some of it. As I saw the Sun touches the ground of the earth, small bits of water dew from the leaves twinkle like a small stars on the ground. The smell of the grass looking and waving their little hands saying good morning to me, that gives smile and give back the happy thoughts on my head. As the wind blows the stars in the air it was so beautiful how splendid, it's a bit cold but it warms my hearts then the big Cloud came from the east and strikes the heaven. Thunder rumbles in my room as It was My Mom who came in." Maize are you still sleeping? " Mother asked; "No I'm not , Im awake Mom". I replied. She Smile to me and says" It seems like your still dreaming my dear". Maize And her family lived in a farm owns By Mr.Jaken Defoe; His Father's old friend. He was so kind that he foster his old friend's family as it passed away last year by a chronic illness. Maize's family stays in his farm and look over his livestock and plants. They were so blessed and thankful to have Mr. Defoe's generosity and kindness, that he offers a shelter to Maize's family. One Early morning: Maize used to sneak out from the farm to see if the former owner of the farm is still roaming somewhere cause it usually visit the farm to check the water pipes behind the walls, as it was so Rusty and always leaking. But he didn't replace it with a new one, That Scenario makes her wonder and become interested as Maize used to have a colorful imaginative mind makes her wonder what's the story behind those old pipes in that wall. As her young brother passes by he saw his Sister peeping behind the fence and hiding in the bushes.He slowly sat down and stood next to her and she screamed in shock. "Maddy! You're giving me a heart attack! Do you know what's your doing!?" Maize Screamed in shock. "Yes, I caught you,Your Peeping." Maddy replied. "No I'm not! It's not what you're thinking!" Mace explained. " Yes you are, yes you are!... hayssstt.. Okay your sitting in the bushes, peeping while your eyes and mouth wide open, what do you want to me think? You look like a hog Maize playing hide and seek." Maddy sigh and shook his head. Maize with a poker face look straight to his brother and sigh. " Okay you got me." "Now, have you heard the black Beard monster?" Maize with her twinkling eyes of excitement. "Oh, you mean the former Owner of this Farm Mr. Jaken's older Brother? Maddy guessed. Maize was amuse as her eyes wide open with his brothers answer. " Look at that he didn't even hesitate." Maize Gazing with insecurity. "Oh this plan of exploration has been failed because my very gifted s***h genius annoying little brother who used to ruin all of my happiness in life, now I'm dead. Oh great do I really need to tell him?." Maize speaking in her mind with hesitation. " How did I know? Maddy added and says what he observe. "One, Coz whenever his visiting the farm your acting so weird. Two His the only one in this farm having that thick black Beard in his Face... Oh! and here's the other one I actually caught you peeping here in the same spot as you always did. What a coincidence,Right." Maddy says with a weird smile. "I did? I was picking flowers, I mean grasses for your little friend kuru (Maddy's pet goat) Maize explained. As Maize didn't know how to react in that state her eyes roams to seek answer somewhere else. Maddy on the other hand knew that her sister playing nonsense again. As he didn't get the answer he wants he turn back and leave her as there's nothing happened. Maize didn't expect what just occurred. she sigh and sat down as she was relieved. But as she turn her site on her back, The Black Beard Monster was there looking at her with his big scary eyes. Maize was petrified, she couldn't move as she saw face to face the Man he used to call "The Black Beard Monster."
