We both start heading back to Rain’s room, holding hands and silent. Hannah comes out of her room.
“How much did you guys get done?”
I show her the list.

+ Arrange how to place the decorations
+ Choose the menu
+ Pick the criteria for our wedding outfits
+ The criteria for guests outfits
Tuesday:
- Notify the country
+ Give our plans to whoever is decorating
- Ask Theori if she can make our wedding outfits
- Write the invitations
- Ask Eli if he can help make the food
Wednesday:
- Pick the cake
- Plan for the menu
- Pick music to be played
- Find someone to play the music
Thursday:
- Paperwork
- Pick the wedding ring
- Preparing the palace to possibly house 2’000 extra guest for a week starting Friday.
Friday:
- Begin decorating the venue
- Trying on our outfits and getting them.
Saturday:
Preparing last minute details.
Sunday:
- Reception

“You guys are prepared!”
“It is our wedding after all.”
“Yes, you’re planing your own wedding in a week. Which might I add, be the quickest wedding I’ve ever seen planned.”
“The only wedding you’ve seen was a shotgun and there is no planing for those.” We all laugh. “But what are you doing up?”
“I was going to ask if you wanted me to make the generic invitation cards so that you only have to worry about the hand written ones.”
“That would be great! Thanks Hannah!” I said as Rain sent her the instructions to using the invitation printer.
She read the text and found out where the printer was and how to use it. “I’ll do that tomorrow morning then. How many you want printed?”
“2000. Just type out what you want and put the word ‘name’ in brackets where you want the printer will input the names for you. I doubt you’ll know the 2’000 names of random prestigious families in Valexteen.”
“That doubt would be correct. I might do the invites for our families tonight so I don’t forget what I want to write down.”
“And don’t forget to seal it with the seal of the Hydra Ace.”
“Or the royal seal. That might get their attention. Double seal!”
“I’ll probably just use mine. It makes the most sense for what I’m about to do. I’ll give them a surprise they’ll never forget.” I smile and both Hannah and Rain look concerned.
“You aren’t going to tell them you are the one getting married to the prince. Are you?” Cam came out of their room to question me.
“I’ll still be sending them the invite if they care enough about Valexteen or Rain they’ll come. Or if they are smart enough to know it’s my wedding, they’ll come. But if they don’t want to, they still have the option and excuse not to come.”
“You know how Eli will feel about this!”
“Eli doesn’t have to know, it’s my wedding. Can’t you all just let me be happy? You know my family and I have issues already, but you are all acting like our issues we because we came here. But in reality here is the only place I feel safe to talk about them!”
“I’m sorry you feel that way, but can’t you at least properly invite your family?”
“Cam, don’t force him. Marshal’s right. Their fight began long before we arrived here. Marshal, write your invitations how you please, I’ll accept your wedding.” Eli cm out from Cam’s room.
“Do you really accept it or are you just saying that?”
“I really mean it!”
“Can I ask you to be one of the people who caters for our wedding or at least teach the palace chefs how to make the food on this list.
I hand it over and he reads it.

“I don’t know half of these!” Eli seemed surprised at the list.
“I meant the bread, onion soup and cheese cake. The other foods are traditional Valexteenian wedding foods. Also wear your rainbows to the wedding.”
“I can make those myself. 2’000 servings of each? This will be fun.”Eli seemed genuinely excited to make that much food for people.
“Valexteenian traditional rainbows or anything rainbow?”
“For guests any rainbows will do. But Mars and I are wearing Valexteenian.”
“You know what would scream gay?”
“What would scream gay?”
“If Rain wore our world clothes and Mars wore Valexteenian style clothes.”
“That does seem to scream gay.” I smile as an idea comes into my head. “Can we do that Rain?”
“Show me what your world’s formal clothes look like before we decide okay?”
“That makes sense. But I really think you’ll like them.”
Wow 5 people planning our wedding that will make things easier in us. So I sent the to do list to Eli and Cam as well.
Cam offers to write a script to create a video for the promotional aspect of broadcasting the wedding. That means we will have to shoot a video about us specifying that we are getting married.
Cam reassured me that they’ll do everything they can to keep the fact that I’m the one Rain’s marrying a surprise. It was originally for my mom and dad. Now the surprise is for the whole world.
